Jumboking — Restaurant in Mumbai

Jumbo King! When it first started, it was amazing. Very customer eccentric and quality food. But it started degrading, became a profit maximization plus a poor quality food. I'm inclined towards make in India type companies but Jumbo King is a complete make fool in India business. The size, taste and quality has fall to the floor level. Ordered cheesy fries but it was served with Mayonnaise with red chilli powder to change the color instead of liquid cheese. I have attached photo. When I asked to show the liquid cheese packing/box they started a arguments but cheese package wasn't shown! Be careful guys. Chalo hu, duaon me...

Jumbo king has been into existence for quite a while now. The two main reasons for their survival are, the options they keep evolving with time and secondly the cost plays a vital role. Their Burgers are pretty good for the price. Double Decker looks pretty big in the photos but in reality it isn't. Given the price of 105 and 85 on Saturday's, it doesn't sound like a bad deal, but the taste of the patty isn't too convincing for a die hard burger lover. I have been buying the zesty paneer burger(single cheese) regularly from Andheri West metro station (yellow line). It has been a default exercise of paying 139 and eating the burger before boarding. Today the guy taking order charged me 159 for the same burger. I mentioned to him that it’s a single cheese option, which means I don’t want the extra cheese. But this gentleman insisted the burger comes without cheese and for single cheese it’s will be 20 extra! What’s appalling is that the billboard give no clarity of the with cheese/without cheese facade. Never buying again...
