Read moreI have been here before but when I visited this time, the guy in the front was very rude and was on the phone throughout. He didn’t even see me standing for a good 8 minutes. I ordered the LIT Mocha which was really good the last time but somehow has lost the taste and only tasted like chocolate syrup in milk, no coffee at all. Read moreOrdered a ginger tea with sugar free . The person who booked the order shouted for a ginger tea with sugar free. The next moment I was served the tea stating that the tea had mild sugar when I objected to, the person who booked the order asked him additionally give me a sugar free sase. When I objected, he said I should have ordered without sugar tea and further added that for the first time he came to know that tea with sugar free meant without sugar tea. I expressed surprise with their this behaviour and asked the person's name and then he reluctantly advised his team to prepare a sugar free tea for me.
Question is when it is well understood across all the counters what a tea with sugar free mean, how come persons at Chai point pretend they donot know and try to serve other wise.
Plz council your team at T2 arrival...
