Giving 2 because it's still food from Theobrama! Else with this experience would have given 1. But appalled at the staff and their behavior. Firstly he was walking around with so much attitude as if he was not interested in selling goodies. No value for the customers time - considering the location is the AIRPORT. Secondly, unable to function the system properly, started claiming could not see the txn even though it was made. Was then asking for my number which I found very odd, when I said I would give the txn ID, he said no that's not reqd. It really seemed to me at a point that this person was not in his right frame of mind. He was behaving very oddly. Please have this looked at, it's a matter of airport security. If I didn't feel safe , I'm sure it is questionable . All customers were leaving because of his attitude, I would have to but I wanted to take the desserts for someone. I will also lodge a complaint at the airport security...

The moment you pass through this outlet the smell of chocolate kind of attracts you towards it. Pretty awesome selection. Fresh and delicious sandwiches and hot savory. Must try the varieties of brownies and pastries. Choices for the vegetarian and also have the options for eggless pastries and cupcakes. The ambiance is clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Service is quick and prompt as they understand the urgency and priorities of the passengers. Should try once. One of the few vfm food options at t2 airport. Ordered the following Roasted Chicken & Mustard Sandwich -3.9/5 Decent filling of chicken but the bread was a little hard especially at the edges. Ham & Cheese Croissant 3/5 Whilest the croissant was pretty good, the filling was quite little. Butter Palmiers - 4/5 Excellent crunch and crispness, but the qty is too little, they should atleast have 4 packed in a box, than 3! Lemon Tart - 4.5/5 This I highly recommend. Absolutely on point. The kiosk is under staffed & the attitude is also not professional. I hope the management looks into these issues so that they overall purchase experience...
