I recently visited Coffee by Debella's Mahim location with high hopes of enjoying a delightful breakfast. However, my experience was nothing short of a letdown. From the overcooked waffles to the abysmal service, this establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

Let's start with the waffles. I ordered a plate of waffles, expecting them to be fluffy, golden, and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, what arrived at my table were dry, rubbery discs that were clearly overcooked. They lacked the softness and lightness that make waffles such a joy to eat. It was evident that they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, resulting in a disappointing and unappetizing breakfast.

As if the poor quality of the waffles wasn't enough, the service at Coffee by Debella was downright terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, as if they couldn't be bothered to provide even basic customer service. It took an unreasonably long time for someone to take my order, and when they finally did, they seemed annoyed by my presence. The lack of hospitality and professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth, further adding to my dissatisfaction.

To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with a member of the staff, they displayed an astonishing lack of empathy and refused to take responsibility for the disappointing experience. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

This outlet is the best outlet in my hometown. Alot of people get confused between shivaji park and mahim outlet. This branch is in mahim.

this place is great for people who love desserts. they have a variety of food menu too.

Ambience:

this place is very clean and well maintained. This branch looks beautifull inside out they have both seatings inside and in the open. Inside they have comfortable seatings. well for the sofa seatings serving table gets a bit high and for chair seatings its perfect. In open place they have china grass down your feet surrounded with plants and lights which gives a pleasent look to the ambience from the outside. Its the eye catching cafe. Things we ordered:

1 gold cappuccino- this cappuccino is best in CBD special with gold edible glitter topped on it this glitter doesn't effect the taste of cuppucccino it is tasteless and it does give a beautifull and unique look to your cappuccino.

2 junglee chicken sandwich- in this sandwhich grated chicken stuffed with mayo and cheese it was delicious to taste.

3 vegeterian shell pasta with roasted tomato sauce- this pasta was all about red tomato sauce it was topped with a bit of mozzarella cheese and basil leaves and some cherry tomatoes .

4 chocolate explosion waffle- this waffle was topped with alot of chocolate and served along with whipped cream and chocolate iceream perfect serves with it enjoyed having them all together.

5 ultimate chocolate explosion waffle- according to its name it was actually a ultimate explosion it was drizzled with strawberry chocolate puree, bananas, marshmallows, nutella spread, whipped cream, served with vanilla iceream this 1 will surely fill your tummy. The loaded look of it really makes you go WOW.
