Actually a tussle to rate it between 3 and 3.5 The Cream Centre restaurant st first look is neat and spacious but you can’t go Gaga over the ambience! It’s in between the average and wow factor Ambience gets a 3 on 5 Ordered Soup: They have only two variants. Decided to skip the manchow and try the Spring Vegetable one. Split it between two and for the first time saw that uneven quantities were served. Taste Was decent ! It’s light and soya based with pieces of paneer. Found the flavours just right Starters : the stuffed Tandoori Subz wanton was tasty but quite greasy It’s been a while that my plate got coated with oil Then the server gets us finger bowls which are in COLD water! On pointing it out he says Okay ???? The manager apologises but the fingerbowls in hot water don’t arrive and we leave! Their Cream Centre icecream outside gives you a 10 percent discount on production of restaurant bill. Cost: 620 without Service charge Overall Rating: 3 as the restaurant can be summed up in one word : Decent Not cheap but not over the top pricing either

Cream Centre Veg Bistro- Proudly Veg restaurant in Mumbai. I visited their outlet in Phoenix Marketcity at Kurla. I had a great experience in the Cream Centre at City Mall. We had Veg Manchow soup and Spring Veggie Soup. Both are good in taste. Then we had Delhi chaat and papdi chaat. Both chaats were okay. Not so great. In the Main course, we had Veg Nazami and Dal Makhni with Tandoori Roti and Naan. The food was delicious and flavoursome. Not spicy not oily. All ingredients were fresh and the spices were perfect. Don't miss their CARROT PICKLE😍 best in taste. They also served vinegar onions. I also had lemonade which was refreshing for me. The quantity was good enough for the two of us. We loved the quality and taste. The ambience and seating arrangements were great. Must appreciate their hospitality esp Manager Mr. Raees Deshpande, Chef Mubin and Deepak who served us. Other staff were also courteous and attentive. Thank you for serving us. I recommend this place for great food experience.

We had gone to Pheonix Market city Kurla West with family and friends and found Cream centre a cosy restaurant in its food court. The ambience nice for family & kids no frills. The menu is pure vegetarian mixture of Indian, Continental & American. I would recommend Garlic bread, Nachos, Pizza & Sizzlers, but they are tad expensive. We also tried Chole bhature, but found it too oily & spicy. We tried mocktails/drinks like virgin mojito, peach ice tea & strawberry ice cream soda and found them bit too sweet. In deserts we tried sizzling brownie which was not bad. The food on display in menu and the ones actually served are slightly different. Overall a decent restaurant from good old days without any fancy exotic user experience themes that you find these days.

Here I'm talking about jin food:- Cream centre is known for its chole bhature (atleast original branch does) but here it was not good and at the same time the only good thug they had. I'll explain you 1stly their service and hygiene is worst, the one who was clearing the tables was serving the food( i don't mind that!) but he'd not wash his hands even once after cleaning, 2ndly our orders took 45 minutes to arrive, pink sauce spaghetti pasta felt like bland cheese pasta and the quantity was literally like 5 or 5 spoons. One would think how can someone mess up nachos but they literally did the naacho chips were really soggy (and more like we say na hawa lag gaya hai) the cheese cause was more like milky than cheesey. The beans tasted a bit better. And at the end we ordered mexican sizzler so it literally had 3 to 4 table spoons of rice(not mexican rice instead plain herbed rice) and one corn ball and almost rest was the sizzler was just grean peans (literally boild blan green peas not even tossed in any suce just plain green peas trust me sirf uble huve mattar the) and a little beans ( these are the same beans you get in Nachos and it was good cause it had a bit of masala on it) Staff's had a weird attitude and were rude when asked anything. See I'd say when someone spends almost 10k(we were 8 people and some we non jain) in billing for food you expect good taste and a good service. They shamelessly add 10% as service charges. I mean atleast have some decency ? You expect a 10% service charge and you can't even provide proper service. Literally they took 15 minutes to give us water that too we had to ask them 10 times. Now talking about non jain food, same story the food was okish and it was too overpriced. I mean 450 for chole is too much when you literally get 4 serving spoons of chole and 175 for a single bhature. That's almost like 625 for chole bhature and that to tasteless and with literally no proper service. If you're a Jain I'd suggest definitely skip this palladium brach and it's not worth it. And if you eat the regular one I'd say it's not worth the price you'd be paying. WE LITERALLY HAD TO ASK THEM TO SERVER THE FOOD FOR EVERY DISH 10 TIMES. EVEN THEN THEY'D IGNORE. Half the dishes we served ourselves but Dishes like sizzler and pan fried noodles were literally on the table for 5 to 10 minutes cause we literally had to ask them to please come and serve those dishes and its not possible for us to do it our self. The AC was literally better in the rest of the mall than inside the restaurant ( They say the couldn't do anything about the AC cause it was centralised that's why the comparison). All in all I'd never visit this particular...

My entire family and I are down with severe case of gastroenteritis post the dhanteras dinner at this pathetic outlet. Firstly , the staff is ignorantly rude snobbish and have no idea what they are upto . The airconditioning does not work at all , on complaining about the same they callously state that it's the malls fault and not theirs. Biryani was stale and zero taste, no salt. Inspite of repeated requests to change the same, the waiter had the audacity to say that all he can do is provide salt to add to taste adjustment and we can consume it or leave it but they will charge it The Italian sizzler was oozing off stale veggies , adulterated foul smell of burnt oil, cuddled cream and rotten raw tomato . We furiously packed it up and discarded it in the garbage bin as they refused to give any replacements . A hogwash Pani puri that disgusting fillings, inedible. Final nail in the coffin, they have no washrooms. Go to the either side wings of the entire mall walking crawling to answer the natures call is their reply, mocking into the consumers face . Slow laid back lack luster attitude of the staff just adds to the ordeal and mental agonies. Worse place. Waste of hard earned money. They should shut down ASAP. You should check my reviews for cream centre blue food outlets in dubai and pan India, this outlet is simply sabotaging the whole...
