I placed an order at 10:44 PM, and by 11:20 PM, I was still left hungry and waiting. The delivery guy, Ajay, was finally assigned, and after three unanswered calls, he casually picked up and said, “I’m coming in 5 minutes.” Classic line. I waited patiently till 11:40 PM, but clearly, patience doesn’t work with Domino’s anymore.
I had no choice but to visit the store myself. To no surprise, I wasn’t alone — multiple customers were there, stuck in the same mess. The store looked like a circus — staff was available, but instead of serving customers, they were shouting in the kitchen, half-dressed, and clearly had zero training or urgency.
When I raised my issue, no one cared — no apology, no explanation. Just blank faces and attitude. I believe the shift manager on duty was Pranav Kumar, and honestly, I don’t know what kind of leadership this is.
I strongly urge RM Shravan Yadav and DM Prasad to take this issue seriously. Your team’s behavior is unacceptable and damaging your brand’s reputation.
Let’s be clear — we didn’t order food worth ₹1,463/- to beg or wait endlessly. We chose Domino’s trusting the brand value, not expecting to be treated like we don’t matter.
And please, don’t act like you’re doing us a favor by delivering food — we’re paying customers, not charity cases. If you’re short-staffed or incapable of handling late-night orders, have the decency to stop accepting them. Don’t fool people.
I will be sharing this entire experience on social media, because customers need to know what they’re getting into. Domino’s, this is not just poor service — this is a joke in the name of hospitality.

The delivery guy mentioned that he had called us twice which was a lie as we did not receive any calls also he mentioned that he would send us the screenshot of the calls made to us which was not shared.
Finally we did not get the order and the store itself cancelled it inspite of us following up for so many hours this is the second time we have faced this issue and henceforth would not order or recommend anyone to order from Dominos.
