I ordered a pizza from Domino's app for my son, because I was at work, I confirmed the address of my house, now should we place the order by looking at the location, even though we have already entered the delivery address in it. Well, I did not enter the location, so even though the order was delivered to the branch of my address location from Matunga Domino's, I received my order in an one and a half hour. I placed the order at 3.40 pm, after which I received my order at 5.15 pm, but when I myself went to Domino's Matunga branch and complained to them.. In that case, when I called the Matunga branch, they informed me that your order has been transferred to Parel, now it is not our responsibility and the phone was disconnected. I was not able to track my order bcz in that time app was showing me only 9 min to reach your order since last half and hr thats why i again called 3 time matunga branch bcz I want Parel branch number, but they cut my calls intentionally.... And when I went to the Matunga branch, there was an oversmart girl there, she spoke very rudely on the phone and even in front of the me, she dont have basic manners how to talk with a customer. If they have this type of attitude So don't do the job like this.When I call the manager, the girl says she is the manager herself.. If the manager is this disrespectful, how bad must the staff be... and how crazy must the owner be who chose her as the manager... If they give such customer service, Domino's will definitely be ruined.. and first change that useless 30 min delivery policy, if they can't...

It was a takeaway. The outlet doesn't have enough seating. We took the pizza and left. Right from the first bite, something seemed off. The smell was very strange. I learned that the mushrooms had gone off. It was tasting horrible, so I removed them. The other toppings were stale, too. The chicken quality was not up to the mark. The pizza was incredibly dry despite being a cheese burst pizza. The veg pizza was okayish. It was not fresh at all. After some time, I ended up with an upset stomach. I can't wrap my head around the fact that this is the quality Domino's are giving out. This was the last pizza from this brand, I've been a loyal customer since childhood.
