Eau Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

We stayed at the Trident the last couple of days, and while there we stumbled upon The Eau Bar at the Oberoi which while a different hotel is interlinked and easily accessible. The staff here are impeccable and truly made this part of Bombay a home away from home for me. Simran and the team are absolutely fantastic and look after your every need, always with a smile. The bartenders are on point, making all your favourite cocktails in a jiffy, the food is yum and the relaxed outdoor area is a rare find in Bombay. We wandered down to the Dome down the street only to return very quickly, simply cos the quality of service, food and drink here was unmatched. When on holiday it is very difficult to find what you might call a local - The Eau Bar definitely became our local for our time here and we'll definitely be back. My 5 star rating for food is for the cocktails.

We went to the Eau bar located at the lobby level of the Oberoi Hotel on Marine Drive, Mumbai. A wonderful, peaceful refuge looking out at the Arabian sea and the Mumbai skyline.

The drinks menu has been totally changed and is delightful. The service of course is top notch. There is live music every evening. Everyone would love this spot. Go early for sundowners and grab a seat outside. It's perfect for the evening breeze.
