It's a shoddy backdoor entry to the old wing of the old hotel Oberoi. This entrance is used by the retailers to bring in their goods, during and before festivals like Diwali and Christmas this entrance is used to bring in all the raw material and huge gift boxes.
So it is not a cafe, coffee shop or anything it's purely a utilization of space badly missed during architectural planning.
Post 6 PM you are at the mercy of mosquitoes screwing your happiness left right and center. The moment the door opens there will be a swarm of mosquitoes.
The tables are shoddy and unclean as they are always understaffed. There are 2-3 junior hotel management students who manage the bakery as well as the canteen counter ( the so called food and delicatessen counter).
They will not clean the tables and just ask you to find another table if the table you chose is unclean and messed up.
Very very bad way of duping people with the OBEROI name.
It's a real waste of time. Donate that money in charity and find a good coffee shop...
