The Oberoi Patisserie and Delicatessen — Restaurant in Mumbai

It's a shoddy backdoor entry to the old wing of the old hotel Oberoi. This entrance is used by the retailers to bring in their goods, during and before festivals like Diwali and Christmas this entrance is used to bring in all the raw material and huge gift boxes.

So it is not a cafe, coffee shop or anything it's purely a utilization of space badly missed during architectural planning.

Post 6 PM you are at the mercy of mosquitoes screwing your happiness left right and center. The moment the door opens there will be a swarm of mosquitoes.

The tables are shoddy and unclean as they are always understaffed. There are 2-3 junior hotel management students who manage the bakery as well as the canteen counter ( the so called food and delicatessen counter).

They will not clean the tables and just ask you to find another table if the table you chose is unclean and messed up.

Very very bad way of duping people with the OBEROI name.

It's a real waste of time. Donate that money in charity and find a good coffee shop...

Very disappointed in the Oberoi Patesserie staff today. As a customer I had placed my order a day in advance with the confirmation that it will be ready by 11 30 am. At 4 pm I was able to go pick up my order, where the staff is clueless about my order at first, then was informed to wait for 10 mins for it to be brought, I waited for 35 mins which delayed my appointment elsewhere. I asked to speak to the manager and was shunned with that. As a fan of the Patesserie and the brand for their great food, service and overall service culture I’m left deeply...

Had a pizza slice and I can say that it is the worst that I have had. I told the staff but all they could say was we will inform the chef.... it is shoddy and not worth the time and money.

I tried to get in touch with the customer support manager .the number was given by the staff at the counter. But he did not pick up the call. I have sent him a SMS . Awaiting his call back and hoping they will be serious. Else all I can say is thos place is a disappointment. Dont...
