Dear Haldiram's Team,

I recently visited your railway coach restaurant in Borivali for lunch and was impressed by the classic atmosphere. However, the service fell short of expectations. As someone with a hospitality background, having worked in world-class hotels like The Oberios,Mumbai,The Taj Mahal hotel,Mumbai,The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai,The Burj Al Arab,Dubai,and luxury cruise liners, I was disappointed by the slow and inadequate service.

The food, particularly the dal makhani, was excellent. Nevertheless, the overall experience was marred by subpar service, which doesn't align with the Haldiram's brand reputation.

Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. I've also visited your Andheri outlet on several occasions and, regrettably, the service has been consistently poor. It's disheartening to see a well-known brand like Haldiram's struggle with service standards.
