Haldiram's — Restaurant in Mumbai

From long back 7 months we usually come to haldiram today as u changed ur staff today I felt the worst experience and would like not to visit ur restaurant again in future bciz customer is a king they should be provided service well @ home too we can buy freezed ready snacks and can have at home along with tea y we will come here and spend our money and quality time and getting worst service.as ordering snacks ur store manager is saying with smacks we won't get green chutney our preference is that we don't like ketch up and other chutney prev we used to always get and Tey say company said not to give out side we take snacks we always get all options after sending here hike on price we won't get what us the use of comi g and having such bakwas respect very bad ! Feel like noy to visit ! As said they won't provide I had to cancel the order in such rude and rough tone staff MEERA had said HAA CANCEL KAR DE ORDER are we beggars ? Is nt we r eating free ? This is the behavior of ur staff u made fbem to do ? New Haldirams outlet located at Phoenix Market city Kurla. It's 4-5 minutes by Auto from Vidyavihar station (W). This was my 1st visit to Haldirams with family. This outlet is quite new. The ambience is decent & cozy. Majorly family crowd. Not just fast food but also you can try sweets, cakes, namkeen & ready to eat packed products. They have many options in south Indian & north Indian cuisine. Also they have started with dimsums. Most preferred dishes are Raj kachori,chole bhature, Nawabi Deluxe thali, dosa & ofcourse the mithais. The quality of all dishes were really good. Good presentation & portion. I personally loved the Cheese mysore masala dosa, cheesy fries & sweets. The dimsums had soft thin coating with good portion stuffing but it was little towards sweet in taste. The prices are slightly towards higher side but I must say the quality is maintained. I went to store , but the billing staff didn't took my order, initially whatever I wanted to get he told that it is not available and then suddenly he told that billing system is not working so he cannot take any order. This was very surprising that the such big brand didn't solve the issues but made us waited for long time then suddenly told system and wifi is not working.

I approached store Manager and told him, as the people are here are to have their food which couldn't be ordered due to uncertain issues but the customer have waited for Long, do i requested Manager to kindly atleast provide food and make entries in offline mode , so that food which is in peresiable Nature will not be wasted and people who have reached Haldiram will get food, but the store Manager rudely told that he won't do this , system is not working so you have to wait and he won't make any alternative arrangements for same

Even we told staff to clean the table they replied that it's not duty and the concern person is not there he will come and clean so u have to wait

Because of these unprofessional staff and rude behaviour, we left the store without buying and ordering anything.
