Hotel Sahil — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hotel Sahil. Located at SV Road, Khar West... This is quite an old place and landmark here. If anyone wants to try some Mughlai Dishes.

I have rates this as 2Star. The simple reason for rating this as 2Star is they don't have basic facilities like Washroom for Ladies.

No proper arrangements for the washroom for ladies. Kept the other washroom as locked. And entry is not allowed. Avoid Online/Card/UPI payments. And in today's world they encourage cash payments as well. No doubts food is good and it tastes good. But the overall experience of having a dinner with family also depends on sorrounding. Cleanliness is a major concern. Hygiene should always be the priority. Parking is a concern. Staff is absolutely unaware of what you have ordered for. No coordination. Had to wait for 45 Min to have the simple starter delivered.

Wouldnot recommend anyone to visit Sahil. Instead one can try for Persian Darbar...

Sahil Restaurant is popularly known as Hotel Sahil and has been serving their customers since ages now. It underwent renovation recently and now the newly designed restaurant appears luxurious and royal. The ambience is quite good and gives a pleasant vibe.

The menu includes dishes from Chinese, Mughlai and North Indian cuisines and trust me when I say that their food tastes delicious. The Chicken Lollipop with Gravy was extremely delicious and should definitely be tried and the same goes with their Butter Chicken. The food tastes great and its quality and quantity won't disappoint you either. The prices of the dishes seemed reasonable.

The service can be improved as the staff seemed less interested in serving the customers efficiently and also it took a lot of time for everything...

Good place to dine in casually.

Food: Good food not that exclusive and special. Chicken Hungama is the dish to go for when you are hurdling in group. Chicken tikka Biryani not that authentic feels like jeera rice and chicken tikka peices mixed together. Carmel custard 🍮 is the sweet truth here! Must try jiggly wiggly jelly it's YUM 😋

Ambience: Crowded and the floor is utter most busy.

Service: 3.2 ⭐ for service the staff needs to improvise on speach and manners, but all together they are good, Kudos to service.

Management: Managers please put a smile 😊 on your face while taking orders atleast, we know you'll have a hectic day but please smile atleast 😁
