Today wht all happen was not good at all I have visit this place many time bht today it was the worst day I have ordered I butter dosa and I butter masala dosa they have served it cold and when I told them they were very rude with me I was with my daughter when I told them they wer not ready to listen then I went on the counter to tell the problem the person who was sitting on the counter was very rude to me I took my plate on the counter but they didn’t respond and I was standing there and telling them but the boy on the counter was not ready to listen I did not have tht dosa but when I told them to bring the bill they have add tht dosa amount also in tht which I have not eaten it was...

It was clearly a very big let down 😔

The seating was cramped to accommodate more pax in the small space🤦🏻‍♂️ instead of 10% less covers at a 20% higher billing 🙏🏻

Having stepped in from the mad traffic and air-conditioning in the car one would expect a glass of refreshing water. When as a customer you ask for a bottle of water they look at you incredulously as if that's the only thing you've come to order. That's service.

The food was chosen per the chef's choice. We had to send it back since it was bland ... no salt and no flavour 😧

The restaurant was empty on a Saturday morning and we took the risk of challenging it. To our dismay the experience was awful. They served stale food cooked hours before (they accepted that) and the excuse for not making it fresh is it will take 15 mins !!! Moreover the quality has gone down by 70-80% than before. The Zomato/ UberEats ordering within short time is leading to these restaurants pre-preparing anticipated amount of food to avoid delay and leading to serving stale/ lower quality food. Eventually they have lost a customer who was eating there since many years. Hope they improve if this feedback...
