Worst Service, Worst Food! I will surely never go to Pizza Hut again. Today I ordered a meal which included a medium-sized pan pizza, a couple of Cokes and a garlic breadstick. It took almost an hour to arrive, even though the whole place was not full and there was no rush at all. While I wasn't too concerned about the late service, the food was disgusting. The pizza had no cheese at all, not even a single layer. It contained only Schezwan sauce and chicken meatballs, which made me question whether they were actually chicken meatballs or just soybeans. The Coke wasn't cold at all; they just gave us some ice cubes in the Coke. The most disgusting part was the garlic breadstick. It wasn't fresh at all, and it was so dry and cold. I've never experienced such waste food in my life. I was even disgusted to give this food to the poor due to its tastelessness. I swear I'm never going to visit...

Horrible service. 20 min after placing order I get an sms that pizza is out for delivery. The outlet is barely 1 km from my house. After 35 mins and 3 calls to the call center ( each time the call center takes down a complaint and promises that the store will call back in 5 mins. But no call)the pizza arrives very cold. I show the delivery boy and make him call up the store . They send another pizza. Honestly this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever tasted. The garlic bread was good. Such horrible food and pathetic service not expected aor acceptable from an international chain like Pizza Hut. I doubt I will ever order again or recommend to anyone. I had ordered Chicken Tikka pizza ,Which was way too sour in taste(Had to gulp forcibly to finish it),when asked about it the service guy said that its the only way this pizza is made. Being a hotelier & a foodie , Even i know how the chicken tikka pizza tastes. Also i felt too warm inside ...AC was not functional, Ambience was good Even The 7up were served without Straws ..Every service guy knows the need of straws.When asked for straws they said that its served without straws only ..
