I Love Food 2.0 — Restaurant in Mumbai

I was served burnt noodles as if it was the remains of any others dish..... And the taste was so bad I informed the waiter about this the waiter was not aware how to react to this but still he asked me if he could bring a new one......... I denied to that request and left the whole bowl of noodles as it.... When the bill was printed I was asked to pay full price even though I said how it was he as an obligation deduced 17 rs from a dish worth 157 rs. I didn't want to create any fuss as I was with my girlfriend but there are so many things wrong about this place. FOOD DOESN'T taste fresh. I've seen better seating arrangements and chair in an old Mumbai local train Claustrophobic space upstairs Waiter wears filthy clothes. I mean if you are going to approach your customers make your waiters wear some decent and tidy clothes. Food was below average. The waiter didn't inform the owner about my case so the waiter himself only tried to solve my problem which was not that helpful. I was sitting with my girlfriend and right next to me there were 2 ladies........... The waiter just kept the food and left and when it was for the ladies sitting next to me he hand served them in the plate and they didn't even ask him to do so..... Very impolite and partial behaviour. Pros : Frankie was decent And soup served with Tripple noodle was nice but that is almost negligible over what type of behavior I came accross......... You guys are right next to Pritam one of the most famous fast food bistros.... Have some standards......

The place is quite good and little bit expensive. But taste is great. I had 1 - veg Frankie 2 - veg Schwann noodles Frankie 3 - paneer tikka cheese Frankie - 90 rs 4 - veg toast sandwich - 35rs apporx 5 - Veg burger - 50 rs 6 - veg pizza - 100rs 7 - veg cheese Frankie - 65 rs apporx 8 - veg chocolate toast sandwich - 75 rs 9 - manchurian pav - 30 rs 10 - peri peri Frankie

I all these items I think

1 - normal 25 rs Frankie is one of best in Frankies - filled with both noodles and aloo filling

2 - veg burger is quite okish but cheap and quality is good.

3 - chocolate toast sandwich was not that good the quantity was less and price is expensive as compared to other places.

4 - pizza is expensive and not good

5 - expensive Frankies are just expensive and not that good . Must try regular 25rs Frankie And cheese toast sandwich 60rs approx

6 grilled sandwich are really expensive here I didn't tried them but are expensive compared to...

Good place to have vegetarian food, the is good and even their pasta and chinese food and soup are awesome it is fully vegetarian and their starters and main course both are really tasty yes due to good quality the hotel is full and evening so you have to register and wait they even have snacks like frankies and rolls (all veg). Their staff is fine and infrastructure is a bit conjustade but still good and clean yes some times it takes long time to serve food because of more orders you can take away, dine in, they don't...
