I booked a reservation yesterday at 4:00 pm We arrived on time Me n my friend had our meal but when we had the bill they only gave us 50% off where as we had also applied promo code of 200 Rs which was not applied on it so we told them that we also had this coupon which they should be deducting from the bill but they didn't do that instead they were saying that company didn't said them any thing about the coupon also we had tried to contact the customer care service of eatigo but they didn't help it's not the first time using eatigo app I had used it many more time and I faced this situation more than once A pathetic service from eatigo as well as restaurant partner .at first the manager/owner was saying that they didn't get the message of our reservation and after some arguement I took his phone and showed him that he got our message of reservation but he was acting so that we would have payed the bill . Few years back, this place use to serve good food; however now it’s one of the places which people should think ‘n’ number of times before entering in it. Table cloth was bit untidy at the place where I was sitting and even after informing they neither changed my place nor the table cloth. I had ordered Veg Platter which took 35 minutes to reach me and while placing the order I was told that it will reach me by 15 minutes. Even water served in the glass was not clean. Without asking me they are switching off the air conditioner and when I asked the waiter tells me that he felt that I don’t want air conditioner to be ON. The worst part marination was not done properly for some of the items in platter and when I informed about this to the waiter and manager the attitude was horrible and disgusting. Though the restaurant has old school charm & regulars there but personally I am not very fond of it as the restaurant should work on their interiors and furnishing given that it is at a prime location and quiet a big space. Seemed old and dingy, their lights were too dim. Anyways coming down to the food. Amritsari paneer was very tasty & so was the butter garlic naan. Dal makhni was decent, nothing to rave about because it wasn’t cook the way it is suppose to be nor did it taste, it was just a mix of dad also the rumali roti was hard, rubbery and chewy & when I told the waiter about it he said that it is made out of maida but the name of the roti is “rumali” which means soft.
