All the Chole Bhature Fans out there got the right place for you. Maharaja Rosai. They have many varieties of Chole, Paratha, Chaats, Sandwich, etc. But Today I tried Chole Bhature and Chaats. Chole Bhature that spicy with a little tangy flavour was just very yummy... And the quality of the chole was perfect for 2 people. Super tasty, flavours were perfectly blended and no extra oil. I had ordered paneer Chole Bhature, Dilli vale Chole Bhature and Bhalle Papdi Chaat. While my personal favourite was Paneer Chole Bhature never thought paneer would taste so good with chole. It was my first time ever trying Paneer Chale and I highly recommend this dish. Everyone must try. While the Bhalle Papdi chaat was also very yummy with the sweet dahi and tasty fruits. You will get authentic punjabi food taste. I mentioned Less spicy as my cooking instructions and they followed it well.

Food was freshly made, good quantity and quality and awesome taste.

Aloo Paratha: They served Two parathas with Pickle and Rajma. Size of Paratha you can see in picture. One paratha was equivalent to Two regular parathas. Plus thick as well. They filled filling generously.

Rajma Chawal: You can enjoy homemade Rajma Chawal taste here. I found it lil oily else taste and quantity was good enough.

Chole Chawal: They Served Black Chole with Rice. Quality of Rice was good. Quantity was good enough for one. Taste was awesome.

Aloo Tikki Chaat : Aloo tikkis cut into pieces topped with dahi, spicy & sweet chatni and garnished with pomegranate - A perfect appetizer!

Gobi Paratha - Generous in size, this paratha was stuffed with minced gobi & spices, came along with a bowl of black dal - Perfect combo mail in itself

Kadi Pakora - This was my favorite of all 3 items ordered. What i got was a really oversized pakoda stuffed with paneer & cabbage served with a spicy curry perfectly favored.
