Manoranjan hotel — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very rude, discourteous, poor hospitality Does not deserve a single star..on 24 aug 2025 me and my friend ordered some tea coffee and snacks(maska paav) the waiter heard misal paav out of no where did not confirm and served on table we refused to accept as we clearly mentioned bread butter in English and asked if available then bring it otherwise it's ok we will have tea and leave..5 mins later they gave us paav bhaji wala paav we ordered one more coffee to have with the paav as the tea got cold..just 3-4 mins later another waiter came served coffee and asked if he can punch the bill we said yes he banged the bill on the table a little..we ignored just 3-4 mins later we saw the person on the counter said kya timepass kar rahe hai(as per him there were customers Waiting outside on Sunday's which was actually wrong there was no customer photos attached)..that was height we asked him even if there are customers waiting you cannot ask the existing customer to have things in hurry and leave..we left the coffee and paav as it is paid him extra for the misal paav and left..think...

Look, it's not a fancy place by any shot. It is a basic restaurant that serves the office working class, people who want to have a quick meal and get back to work. It's a no frills place. The food is tasty, wholesome and quickly served. You can confidently have a south indian dish (stay away from rava dosa & dahi vada, tho), or north indian dish, and wash it down with some fresh masala chaas (lassi not recommended). Tea is also great, spiced and hot.

I order from them frequently whenever I visit my friend who lives in that area. It's tasty and inexpensive and so doesn't burden my friend's wallet.
