Pizza Hut | Bandra East, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had very bad experience today.I ordered 2 pizzas 1 Regular Kadhai Chicken,1 Regular Margarita and 1 cheese garlic bread.Photos enclosed you can see clearly chicken pizza had no chicken(not even flavour of chicken). Margarita which I had ordered for my kid with special request to make keep that little soft but it was all burnt and over crispy same with Garlic bread.I am using this store from last 1.5 years this is the first time I faced quality and service issue. That is not all behaviour of sales girl was extremely bad. She denied to give drink which was free with Chicken Kadhai pizza. Even if I reminded her. Menu and bill attached for reference. She was not ready to provide bill (even soft copy)and asked for extra 10...

Staff was bad .. they're taking more then 30-40 minutes to fullfill order.. Less cheese in each pizza Please don't visit on friday .. Staff was irritating.. badly asking for the review.. Before receiving last pizza, that staff will start annoying you for the rating.. Even the pizza was too dry and less cheese and only maida and with huge border .. pathetic service, pathetic staff, pathetic food ... insted of spending lowest 100 rs in pizza hutt. I think you go to any canteen and have food thaali worth rs 50 .. atleast you'll get a good service and you won't expect anything from...

Unprofessional staff. They make silly mistakes while taking order. The Pizza & Melts are worth trying but don't order Pasta even by mistake. I ordered one & it was terrible (regretted considering the price I paid for it). The staff also gives excuses for rejecting discounted bill payments like...
