Starbucks — Restaurant in Mumbai

Among all the Starbucks I have visited worldwide this branch was not as good. Firstly there is no washroom in this starbucks and we have to walk about 3-5 minutes outside the starbucks to find the nearest washroom. Secondly I was given a 'customer voice invitation' from another starbucks and they said that I just need to fill the feedback online, scribble the 'Beverage ID' they give online after the feedback form and once I bring the receipt to any starbucks in India within 2 weeks of purchase I get a free Tall drink. As the receipt was very long, I cut out and brought the main portion which had my customer id and a pass code for the free drink at this Starbucks. They said they need the entire long receipt to validate the date, which makes no sense as the important portion of the receipt I brought had the customer ID and beverage ID which they could have looked up in their system easily and verified the date of purchase etc. So this free drink coupon/receipt scheme was not well organized and lures people to give feedback with false promise of getting free tall drink for giving feedback. Starbucks India needs to improve this program of feedback which is going on as we customers cannot carry long receipts and when we cut and bring the important part of the receipt with the details which they can pull out in their system at least this branch is not accepting it as per my first experience with the free drink coupon. Almost every morning between 8:30 and 9:30 AM, I find myself at Starbucks, BKC — a little sanctuary where coffee and calmness meet. My favorites, the Double Espresso Doppio and the Americano, never fail to set the perfect tone for the day. Each sip feels like a quiet celebration, simple yet extraordinary.
