Purohit Sweets — Restaurant in Mumbai

Ordered Purohit sweets online on 17th April night to take it to UK early morning through swiggy who is delivery partner for swiggy. Paid more than Rs 1800 for sweets online but sweets were not delivered. No investigation done either by Purohit sweets or Swiggy with this issue. No refund provided. Blame transferred to each other. Request customers to pay cash on delivery instead of online payment. I lost my money and I don't want the same to happen with others. I visited Purohit Sweets recently and was deeply disappointed by my experience. To my shock, I found a worm in one of the sweets I purchased. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and quality standards of the shop.

This incident has left me very disappointed and worried about the potential health risks of consuming their products. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and improve their quality control to prevent such incidents...
