I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant today. During my visit, I discovered a strand of hair in my food—an issue that raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Naturally, I reported the matter to the manager, expecting a prompt and professional response.

Unfortunately, the manager's reaction only added to my frustration. Instead of acknowledging the lapse and taking ownership, he casually brushed off the complaint, stating that the restaurant was "too crowded" and it was "difficult to maintain hygiene despite their best efforts." This kind of reasoning is unacceptable in the food industry, where hygiene should be non-negotiable, regardless of customer volume.

What was more disheartening was the apparent disregard for customer feedback and the absence of any attempt to rectify the situation—no apology, no corrective action, not even a gesture of goodwill. It seemed like the root of the problem lies in poor management choices, including the possible employment of inadequately trained or underpaid staff. Cutting corners on staffing directly impacts service quality and cleanliness, and unfortunately, this was quite evident during my visit.

A restaurant must prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction, especially when operating at scale. Sadly, this establishment seems to have lost sight of that. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate...

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Chicken Lollipop Experience Ever

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to share it.

I recently ordered chicken lollipops, expecting a delicious and satisfying snack, but what I received was honestly unacceptable. The quality of the food was far below even the most basic expectations. The chicken lollipops were almost entirely bone — barely any meat on them at all. It felt like I paid just to chew on bones. There was so little meat that it was hard to even call it “chicken” lollipop. It seemed like they had just scraped together leftovers and tried to pass them off as a full dish.

To make matters worse, the overall experience was just as bad. From the poor food quality to the disappointment of opening the box and seeing what was inside, everything about the order felt careless and cheap. I don’t expect luxury dining when ordering takeout, but I do expect value for my money and a minimum standard of food quality — and this didn’t even come close.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this place, especially if you’re considering the chicken lollipops. It was a complete waste of money and a very unpleasant experience.

Located in a not so very family friendly location, the place in itself is decent. Seating space is a bit crammed, but the service staff is courteous and helpful. Having visited this place on multiple occasions, we can safely say that the food never disappoints. Known for its desi style chinese, it is absolutely worth your buck. We ordered the following from here : Chicken Satay - Chunks of skewered chicken that were cooked nicely and coated with generous amounts of delicious thick creamy sauce which had a base of peanuts. The quantity was very nice and would highly recommend this.. Veg Pulav - Delicious rice with the right amount of veggies and small chunks of paneer, this was simple yet very filling. Chicken Manchurian Rice - Chicken fried rice combined with the mouth watering Chicken Manchurian gravy, this would be a delight for any desi chinese lovers like us..😋 Chicken Triple Rice - Chicken schezwan fried rice which was scrumptious on its own.
