Afghani Soya Chaap
Roaming around in the evening at Khau Galli in Ghatkopar if you feel a complete lack of non-vegetarian options then head straight to Seven Spices. A chicken lover on a vegetarian day should look for a soya chaap. What an amazing replacement for chicken with similar taste and nutritional value. The Afghani Soya Chaap was creamy, juicy and delectable. The onions served along with it were freshly cut and retained its crunch. The green chutney was sweet & spicy, making it a best accompaniment along with the sweet and savoury Afghani Soya Chaap. As it was our first time to taste it, we ordered a half plate which is for 130/-rs with a decent quantity(as in the pic below).
If you like things in white creamy sauce, you can try Malai soya chaap or Afghani one. Apart from these they have many other options in soya chaap done with red tandoori spices.

Read moreThe tandoori soya chaap was absolutely delicious! The marination was spot on, with the perfect blend of spices that seeped deep into the chaap, making every bite flavorful and tender. It was served with a tangy chutney that complemented the dish wonderfully, adding just the right amount of zing. The chaap itself was well-cooked, with a satisfying texture that was both juicy and firm. The combination of flavors, seasoning, and the perfect cook made this a standout dish that left me craving more. A truly satisfying and flavorful experience! Sadly we couldn't click a photo because we were too eager and hungry to eat. We ate tandoori soya chaap which was for ₹150/-, for this price it was a good chaap a place to add in your list when...
Read moreThe cashier suggested to take Angara Soya Chaap Roll as it is one of their best products. I recieved the roll in less than 2 min and the roll was very cold. Upon asking the manager to reheat the roll, he was very adamant on not re-heating it and was telling me to take it away. I insisted to re-heat it and they simply put it in a microwave and gave it back. It was a total waste of Rs.200. The filling inside the roll was very stale and wasn't fresh at all. Having a background from culinary, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy the suggested items by the cashier. Hygiene also seems to...
