A Delightful Italian Experience at Si Nonna's
Si Nonna's recently captured my heart (and stomach!) with its delectable Italian fare, charming ambiance, and attentive service.
A Feast for the Senses:
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The interior design was absolutely stunning, with cozy lighting, Open Kitchen, Nice Coffee Bar, and extremely comfortable and luxurious seating. This created a perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
A Culinary Journey:
The menu is diverse and versatile, offering a wide range of authentic Italian dishes. From classic pizzas and salads to unique specialties, there's something to satisfy every taste bud. As a vegetarian, I was particularly impressed by the selection of meat-free options, including the Veg. Panuozzo (a delicious flatbread sandwich) and the pesto cheese and tomato Calzone. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I also tried the Veg. spicy Special Pizza, which while lacking inherent heat, provided a great base to add chili flakes or chili sauce for a customized level of spice. For dessert, the Chocolate Ice-cream was the perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note.
Exceptional Service:
The staff is truly commendable. They were knowledgeable about the food items on the menu and were happy to answer any questions I had. Additionally, they were extremely cooperative and ensured our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Special mention goes to Shakshi, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
Value for Money:
One of the most pleasant surprises was the reasonable price point. The quality of food and service combined with the affordable prices makes this a fantastic value for your money. You truly won't break the bank while enjoying a delicious and authentic Italian meal.
A Minor Note:
While everything was fantastic, it's important to note that the dishes themselves might not be inherently spicy. However, the availability of chili flakes and chili sauces allows you to customize the spice level to your preference.
Overall:
Si Nanno's is a hidden gem for anyone seeking a delightful Italian dining experience. From the gorgeous ambiance and extensive menu to the knowledgeable and friendly staff and the reasonable prices, this restaurant has it all. I highly recommend it to all Italian food lovers, especially those who appreciate a warm and...

A FEW OTHER THINGS ONE SHOULD KEEP IN MIND HERE :
10 % Service Charge. Can ask them to waive it and pay separately.
Located on the ground floor of Jio Plaza at the drop of point. Lot of parking available but confusing to find the place
Decent amount of seating. Better to book on the weekends and go
Booked via Zomato. Got a 10% discount. So check the online apps before coming here.
5)Quite a few flies were found inside which was irritating.
Order ready made drinks. As we saw them making the drinks in the open near the tables and it was hilarious.
The Sangria tasted like juice and had huge pieces of ice in it. Avoidable.
8)The Noi wine was light airy and bubbly slightly on the sweet side
10)The No 9 pizza with their sourdough was so light and full of flavour. Must have. Highly recommend.
11)The special of the day had pesto base along with zucchini, mushroom, basil and cheese. Found it lacking compared to no 9.
12)Nonnas tiramisu has to be had here so light fluffy the bread in it was special and adequately layered with rum and coffee as well.
13)Be ready to shelve out atleast 1 - 1.5 K here per person with one drink
Will I come back here ?? ✅✅✅ Definitely for the pizzas and tiramisu
Hope this...
Read moreThe Naples experience right here in BKC, Mumbai. We ordered the Mushroom & Bell Peppers Panuozzo, Si Nonna’s Veg Special Pizza and Panna Cotta with Blueberries. Panuozzo was recommended by their server, the pesto sauce on thin crust bread stuffed with sautéed mushrooms alongside the bell peppers and caramelised onions right away melted in our mouth. Could feel the caramelisation of onions infused with the sautéed mushroom juices in every nibble. You can feel the freshness in every single bite of the pizza as the dough is freshly made and baked everyday. The stone baked thin crust sourdough with a spread of fresh marinara sauce topped with sun-dried cherry tomatoes for the tanginess, spicy pickled paprika to feel just enough heat in every bite along with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese that oozes right on the pizza holding all the toppings together with a generous amount of basil to provide the finest Neapolitan pizza experience. Last but not the least the Panna Cotta with Blueberry jam just sealed the deal for us, that jiggly sweet vanilla panna cotta right on the tart blueberry jam provided a balanced dessert experience not too sweet or too tangy. The only downfall at the restaurant was the people were too loud even louder than Italian Cafe music giving you a reality check of you...
