Srinathji's LOWER PAREL — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After finishing my meal, I had some untouched food left and requested to get it packed to take away. Shockingly, the owner refused to parcel the remaining food and even threw it straight into the dustbin instead of allowing me to take what I had paid for.

Such behavior shows complete disrespect for customers and for food. At a time when we talk about reducing food waste and valuing every meal, this attitude is unacceptable. I paid for that food, and I should have had the right to take it with me.

This kind of arrogance and lack of hospitality from the management leaves a very bad impression. I would strongly not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values good service, customer respect, or...

Hygienic, Affordable also the service is very good! Loved it! The food is delicious..the best part is they don't us Onion and garlic at all it's the best pure...

Great experience, they have recently renovated the place and food is awesome , must try .!!
