Subway BKC — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very poor service in the sense the tables are rarely clean and over crowding in the outlet. Table cleaning is rarely done. People eat and drop stuff on the tables and other customers eat over that in a disgusting manner with not the slightest care from the staff. If asked to clean they use one tissue paper for all the tables to wipe slime and sauces and they just rub and apply the dirt everywhere. And drop huge food chunks on the floor. Not a good place to dine in.

Also, the cheese pull option is a waste. There is no pull and cheese pieces juts sit like blocks in your sandwich.

Subsequent review- the cleanliness inside the kitchen and counter is also horrible. Things and food are falling everywhere. Bread is temporarily kept not in the tray but anywhere in reach - like on top of the oven and billing counter. The veggies and non veg is being messily dropped from one container to the other, staff is disinterested and angry in service. Huge loud screaming fights among the staff. Well this is a small little outlet of Subway in BKC with a few tables to dine in as well. You can get a quick grab of your favourite subway with some coke at this place. There is a huge spread of toppings to choose from.

Also you can try their new range of grilled subways here. I have always liked the basic veggie subway topped with some of their sauces, cheese and salad .

The service is prompt and good here. Although I would want the tables to be cleaner on my next visit.

Is this really a subway outlet???yakkk so dirty. The floor was so dirty stinking tables were all unclean all leftovers lying on table and floor even after requesting to clear the table staff didn't bother to clean it up.. Staff yelling at each other vegetables all spilled over in one basked to others cockroaches in shop. Really subway has lost its charm and value total unhygienic place. I think this outlet is only running because this is the cheapest food joint in bkc. And in real sense the place is also cheap...
