Subway @ Phoenix Market City Kurla. Last Saturday after a visit to the mall I opted for Subway as I wanted to have something fresh.
Ordered a Road Chicken Sub. Chicken was already cut into pieces. Asked for Italian Bread or something like that. The bread seemed ok but it didn't look like 6 inch. Wanted cheese but the lady had issue with the cheese being stuck to each other. She put on the pieces of chicken and cheese and toasted it. It came out a bit burnt on the edges. She put on various toppings as required. No list of sauces was available. The lady seemed reluctant to advise the available sauces so randomly asked for sauces. The Subway the worst I had till date. Subway's taste remains the same but the quality of this store wasn't upto the mark compared to other stores I've been to. The display board doesn't display proper information of the breads, menu and the sub of the day. They didn't even have all the breads which they should as it's on the menu. Even after that he blamed me after placing the order by saying that, "You should have informed me earlier that you are paying my QR code." That's not the way someone treats a customer. The cashier should inform before a customer places an order that the QR Code payment is not available.
