The Chocolate Heaven — Restaurant in Mumbai

Chocolate in true sense are a direct way to someone's heart and when it comes to chocolate there's always this place 'The Chocolate Heaven' thereby bringing to you some of the finest chocolate delicacies in many different forms smoothies, waffles, pancakes and who don't know about their Freakshakes.

So the heaven had his grand opening in Borivali last week which is their second outlet in Mumbai after Vileparle. Small outlet with only an indoor setting available unlike the one in Parla.

So, we were invited for the launch and they welcomed us with chilled and refreshing mocktail and hot and crispy french fries. Classic Mojito, very refreshing with the sour and tangy flavour of lemon and mint, highly recommended!

•Mexican Tartlets: We all know how cute Tartlets can be and when filled with the right ingredients they taste so good! These Mexican tartlets were stuffed with beans, blanched tomato, onions and Jalapeños topped with the best part- Some delicious melted cheese 😍 Stuffed in the right proportion, this new item added to their menu is something ya'll should definitely try out!

•Pizza Arrabiata: Who doesn't like arrabiata sauce? It tastes the yummiest and to add to it here they had two dishes combined to one. The pizza was topped with Pasta made in arrabiata sauce , capsicum and Cheeese. Not too spicy nor too saucy. Tummy filling delicious I must say.

•Mac and Cheese: My all time favorite . Your very own elbow macaroni made with white sauce and some cheese. Very palatable and moreover served in great quantity.

Cheese Margarita. As they say pleasure in this scrumptious version of an italian classic wrapped in mozzarella but I felt the reality was something different as the coriander leaves was not fresh and was spoiling the overall taste of the pizza.

And now comes the chocolate dish from the heaven. Nutella Waffles Crunchy and slushy freshly made waffle drizzled with enormous amount of Nutella was very satisfying to the heart. Chocolate Lava Cake: Served hot with Vanilla ice cream, this soft and goey cake was really good . Totally enjoyed relishing it!

•Chocolate Mud Pot: This was the highlight of our visit. This mighty freak shake was so well presented with each element from the tiny Choco balls on the outer side of the jar to the detailing of the cream and chocolate sauce, just Lovely 👌 The waffle was perfectly made which again won my heart. All in all, the perfect freak shake to order. But beware of it Gigantic-ness both ,look wise and quantity wise as well.

The Chocolate Heaven has added quite a good number of exciting and yummy dishes in their menu. So slack no more and do drop by their outlet!

The ambience is quite good beautifully painted just like the old one and has got a real good and friendly staffs. So go and check...

The Chocolate Heaven is where you’ll meet your hunger cravings. As the name suggests, they serve you with so much chocolate that you’d feel as if in heaven! We would like to thank Mr. Tank and his staff for their kind hospitality and service. Don’t judge the outlet by its name! They don’t only serve you a world of chocolate but also pizzas, fondues, shakes etc. Surrounded by walls with art and wooden furniture the vibe of this place is too good. Also, their water has an essence of lemon and mint.

We ordered a Strawberry smoothie, which was served in a milkshake jar. The lemon and mint cut, placed on the edge of the jar, seemed quite well. The taste of strawberry shake was really good, only a little sweet would go quite well. But overall, a great smoothie.

Chocolate fondue was what we couldn’t resist not ordering. The quality of food used is to specifically mention, amazing. They served us with Hot chocolate sauce (with a candle under to keep it warm), colourful marshmallows, chocolate sticks and chocolate brownie. The quantity is A+! We thoroughly enjoyed the dish. But, it is quite expensive. If it’s rate is pushed down a little, maybe many could enjoy this heaven of chocolate.

We then moved on to the Cottage cheese burger. A burger never disappoints. So didn’t theirs too. A very different burger which had a fried patty of cottage cheese covered with tasty sauces, cheese and veggies. It is served half cut, to ensure peace when it comes to sharing with your partner. This dish is Highly recommended.

We were longing for some cheese and thus we ordered the Blooming bread. It’s a overloaded cheesy pull apart garlic bread, with a stuffing of your choice. We opted to taste the pesto blooming bread. Damn. It was tasty. The cheese, the pesto, the soft bread. Name it, and you’ll like it. We couldn’t yet get over the taste.

Watermelon mojito was yet another cooler which is unforgettable. Proper amount of syrup in a mojito makes it the best. The cooler might’ve been no better.

Baked hot chocolate is a popular dessert option for visitors here. A saucer covered with stripes of chocolate, a hot chocolate with brownie and topped with whipped cream and garnished with choco chips. What more can make you happy? The cream was a little mild in taste to balance the sweetness of the drink.

The Chocolate Heaven, this is their second outlet in Mumbai first being in Vile Parle. The name is Chocolate Heaven but they not only serve chocolate but many other things too, like Pizza, Pasta, Fondue, Sandwiches, Tarts etc. The Shakes here are amazing.

▫️Mexican Tartlets

These are Tarts with a Mexican filling including beans, tomatoes and lots of cheese on top. The BEST thing here, you should definitely order it.

▫️The Blooming Bread

This is something that no one can perfect, the blooming bread tasted really good here but the problem was in the way it was cut, the pieces were huge. Please cut it in smaller squares and also I would like more Garlic butter and the onions. The taste was spot on.

▫️Toblerone Milkshake

Very beautifully presented, with whipped cream on top and chunks of Toblerone in the bottom if the glass. The milkshake was the best one here.

▫️Cheese Fondue

The cheese was had the perfect temperature to maintain its liquid state, also it was flavored nice with some pepper. Just one thing, please do not season the fresh vegetables with salt which are served along the fondue because the cheese itself is seasoned well.

▫️Spicy Mint Potato Sandwich

Mashed Potato sandwiched between bread with some Mint Chutney and lots of cheese. It was very cheesy and nicely flavored.

▫️Hazelnut Frappe

This was one simple frappe very nicely served in a glass bottle with a mild hazelnut flavor.

▫️The Monster Brownie Freak shake

Considering that the Toblerone Milkshake was a BOMB, I had set my bar really high for the freak shake but I was disappointed it definitely looks mind-blowing. I wish this had a thick consistency considering its a FREAK SHAKE, the whipped cream was really good if it was already incorporated with the milkshake it would have tasted much better.
