I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this restaurant during my visit on Sunday, which was booked through a Zomato Gold reservation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues:
Unprofessional Staff: The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism throughout our visit.
Unjustified Cover Charges: Upon arrival, we were asked to pay cover charges directly to the staff, which appeared to be for their personal gain. According to Zomato and other platforms, once a table is booked and confirmed, the restaurant should not request additional cover charges. After a lengthy discussion, we were grudgingly given a table.
Denial of Zomato Offers: Despite initial assurances that we could avail the Zomato offers, we were later told that two offers could not be combined. This was contrary to what we were informed at the beginning.
Hostile Environment: The staff's behavior was intimidating, making my wife and I uncomfortable. It felt unsafe to engage in any discussion.
Manager's Inconsistent Behavior: The manager, Omkar, initially spoke politely but changed his demeanor after we placed our order. When I mentioned leaving a review, a waiter suggested that any negative feedback could be removed through paid services.
Misleading Practices: If your intention is to impose unauthorized cover charges, I suggest not listing your restaurant on Zomato. As a Gold member, I expect a professional and transparent dining experience.
Request for Higher Management Intervention: If anyone from the higher management reads this, please contact me as I have recordings of these incidents.
Future Visits: Given this experience, I will not be visiting your establishment again. While you may dismiss this as a single review, remember that 'a drop of water may fill an ocean.'

Read moreI visited the game ranch with friends for a birthday celebration and overall had a good time (except for the last 1hr). The atmosphere is nice for chilling with friends, and the food was good. The highlight was the fun we had at the bowling section.
However, our experience was marred by technical issues during bowling, resulting in wasted time and crossing the Zomato Gold offer slot we had booked with a 30% discount. When seeking help from management, we encountered an extremely rude manager who insulted us instead of assisting. His comments about our lack of knowledge and origin were uncalled for.
He ended up insulting us by saying things like "aaplog restaurant nahi jaate ho kya, apko nahi pata hai kaise hota hai system yaha" and also "aaplog kaha se ho. Mujhe bhi toh pata hona chahiye aise log kaha se aate hai". All these things just because we asked them for their cooperation to help us with the discount. Our billing amount was over 8-9k roughly, all we wanted was to co-operate and help us out.
Fortunately, another manager eventually stepped in and resolved the issue, but the initial encounter left a bitter taste. It would have been a more pleasant experience if the first manager had handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. By the end, another manager came and sorted it out for us but this first guy still is so arrogant, he was feeling ashamed to say sorry and even walked off in front of us.
People like this should absolutely not be managing customers. I feel really sad to put a negative review for such a nice place just because of such kind of people who is making sure they are creating a bad experience for the customers. Thanks to Mr Sameer Khan for helping us out...
