ABOUT THE RESTAURANT :-

This Place is Located in Malad West, It was Easy to Find it. First Best thing was They had Parking. Going in the Staff Welcomed us. The Ambience of the Place is Really Good also the Music is not too loud just Right. Once we Settled They Provided us the Menu. We asked them for Recommendations and the staff does Recommend some of the Best Dishes. The Service of the Food was Super Quick which we Loved. The Food Quality was Top Notch and Quantity was Good as well.

WHAT WE TRIED :-

1. Watermelon and Kiwi Mojito (Rs. 100 each)

Both the Mojito's were really Refreshing. I liked the Fact that they were the Perfect Amount of Sweet. The Quantity was good enough. Both Watermelon and Kiwi were Nice. Definitely Must Try. Served in Adorable Mason Jars they Look as Good as they Taste.

2. Cheese Balls (Rs. 240)

This is Not Anything Like the Basic Cheese Balls. This Dish is Pure Heaven. Firstly the Quantity is Amazing for Sharing. The Cheese Balls are served with a Curry Kinda Dip and Topped with More Cheese. The Presentation was Top Notch but Tasted Even Better. I Highly Recommend this Dish. Its Not too Spicy nor Sweet just Right. I had never had something like this. Loved it Absolutely!

3. Mushroom Chilly (Rs. 260)

So I love Mushroom and when the Staff Recommended this I was Excited to Try it, Crispy Wok Tossed Mushrooms with onions and capsicum and topped with spring onions, well Spiced. It just Melts in the mouth. Its Medium Spicy and I love that. Crispy on Outside and Soft Inside a mix of textures. Another Favourite here which Mushroom lovers must have. Quantity is good enough for two.

4. KungPao Cottage Cheese (Rs. 280)

Spicy and Delicious Cottage cheese and cashews tossed in sauce tasted Delicious though I have never had cashews like this I surprisingly Liked it! Cottage Cheese was Super Soft and Since I Love Spicy food this was slightly on the spicy side but couldn't deny how tasty it was. Taste was spot on and Quantity good enough for 2. This was another Staff Recommendation.

5. Burnt Garlic Oyster Chicken (Rs. 290)

Well Cooked Chicken in Oyster Sauce topped with Fried Garlic. I Love the Taste of Garlic which was so Prominent. The Taste was very nice. Crunchy garlic Bits were a good texture. Quantity was again Good Enough for two. Oyster sauce was Delicious and Chicken Was Fresh. Which made this Dish Stand Out and Make a Place for Itself.

6. Spicy Basil Noodles and Veg Manchurian Gravy (Rs. 250 & Rs. 230)

We Asked the Staff to suggest Something in Noodles that was Medium Spicy and this was A Really Good One, Noodles by Itself were super Delicious and Flavourful, Perfectly Seasoned, the taste of Basil was there but Wasn't too Overpowering which I Liked. Veg Manchurian Gravy is again a Classic which was delicious. The Quantity is Good Enough for 3 People Easily. The Noodles are a Great Option on their Own as well.

7. Caramel Pudding (Rs. 80)

After a Long time I was Having Caramel Pudding, this was so Nostalgic as it Tasted and Looked Exactly like How my Grandma Made. That Jiggly Texture, Caramel Sauce and Well done Pudding that is so soft you don't even need to bite it. Perfect Amount of Sweet. If you are someone who Loves Pudding this is One thing you must have. This is Definitely going to bring a Big Smile on your Face.

8. Sizzling Brownie (Rs. 160)

Best way to End an Amazing Meal with Decadent dessert Like Sizzling Brownie is just Cherry on the Top for my Experience here. The Brownie was Perfectly Moist and Topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and Nuts and Most Evidently Chocolate Sauce that was Poured and the Aroma of Chocolate was All Around. One of the Best Desserts they have.

Stir Fry Grill is located on the main Link Road Malad West and it is easy to find.

The restaurant is spacious and I was really surprised by the space inside as from outside it looks small. They have upper and ground seating available however dye to covid the first floor section is temporarily closed. The seatings are comfortable and tables chairs are arranged in a very systematic way. The ambiance is amazing as they have decorated the ceiling with colourful basket and on a wall they have kept round mirrors. The lighting done is bright and overall the feel of the restaurant is really good.

They specialise in Chinese, Thai and Sizzlers hence the menu is amazing with a lot of variety covered. Options are great for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Prices are at par with similar type of brands and quantity served is huge when it comes to main course.

I went here for dinner on a weekday and the restaurant had a lot of people dining. The kitchen service was super quick as the dishes came very fast without any delays and the table service given by Staff Tukaram was excellent as he was proactive and very attentive. Also special thanks to Captain Saroj who gave nice recommendations.

What We Had - APPETIZERS~ Butter Sichuan Prawns - Jumbo fresh prawns tossed in light butter and sichuan sauce looked great and tasted delicious. Loved the garlic ginger as it was not overpowering plus the spring onion added nice touch to the dish.

Dragon Chilly Chicken - Juicy chicken pieces made in light garlic ginger based sauce along with fried french beans tasted really good. Loved the flavours and it had right amount of spices used.

MAINS~ Prawns Burnt Chilly Noodles - One of the best noodles I have had in recent times. Thin noodles made with burnt chilly paste along with fresh prawns tasted outstanding. It looked spicy but had perfect amount of chilli paste and it had a very nice smoky flavour to it. A must try if you love eating noodles.

DESSERTS~ Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream - Super moist brownie topped with vanilla ice cream along with cashews and then topped with hot chocolate sauce tasted brilliant. The chocolate sauce was smooth and I loved the roasted cashews.

Caramel Custard - A perfect caramel custard enjoyed eating this.

MOCKTAILS~ Watermelon. Mint. Both the drinks were refreshing and made perfectly as it was not too syrupy.

So the meal at Stir Fry Grill was perfect in every manner. The food tasted good, the service was excellent and the ambiance is perfect for every occasion. Hence this place...

Edit: August 6, 2025 After the previous incident of food hygiene, i haven't experienced a similar problem. Also, the owner responded to my complaint, which I am happy about. I have been eating at this restaurant for over 5 years and it's amazingly consistent in its serving size, flavor, and quality. Not once did I face any problem on these fronts. This joint has become a go-to for Chinese and Asian food. Also, ordering over the phone gets you a 10% discount on order value. To the owner, keep up the effort, including hygiene and sanitation.

Edit: I ordered fried rice and chicken gravy on September 4, 2024 using Zomato. The rice had 2 small hairs in it. Disgusting and unacceptable! Get your cooks to wear hair nets and wash their hands. I went here with my wife. We ordered a chicken rice pot and stir fried chicken flavored with basil. The turn around time was short and the service was nice. But what I enjoyed the most was the portion size and flavor. Both dishes were done nice and the portions were large enough for 2 people. The chef didn't skimp on the ingredients including chicken. The other thing I loved was the complimentary Sichuan sauce, fried pepper seeds and sauces. In food and flavor this can give mainland China a run for its money. The prices are modest and justified for the quality of food, service and ambience. The only problem is that it's tucked away from the road which makes it hard to spot.

Edit 12/17/23: We've been eating here for years and the food is still great. Portion sizes are best in class. Servers are polite and friendly. Service is super fast; it may be slower on busy days. However, the past 2 times we visited, the restaurant was busy. What made our experience bad was the noise from the music and guests. Management should consider turning down music or get rid of it all together. People come to eat and not listen to music. Also, consider asking loud guests to keep it down. The second thing I noticed on my last visit was unclean plates. They had dried food residue. We brought this up and the server changed the plates. I've also put this down in the feedback note. I'm taking down 1 star for this, which I'd happy to restore if they fix...
