Tim Hortons is a Canadian coffee shop chain that has recently opened its doors in Mumbai. The cafe has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of seating options both inside and outside.
Upon arriving at Tim Hortons in Andheri around 6pm, we found a decent amount of people waiting in the queue ahead of us. Despite the crowd, everyone was patient and abiding by the queue, and the staff were efficiently sending groups of 4 to 5 people in at a time to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. The servers were also considerate and attentive, bringing us cold water every 10 minutes to keep us hydrated in the non-air-conditioned area.
Fortunately, our wait time was minimal and we managed to find a seat outside, which was a cute and cozy spot to enjoy our food and drinks.
The servers were polite and efficient throughout our visit, making sure that we had everything we needed. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to make our visit comfortable.
During our visit, we tried a variety of drinks and food items, each of which was delicious and satisfying.
To start, we ordered the Frozen French Vanilla and Frozen French Vanilla with Espresso. Both drinks were refreshing and perfect for the hot Mumbai weather. The Frozen French Vanilla had a smooth and creamy texture, with a sweet vanilla flavor that was not overpowering. The Frozen French Vanilla with Espresso added a nice kick of caffeine to the mix, making it the perfect pick-me-up.
For our food, we tried the Bagel with Cream Cheese and Chilli Cheese Toast. The Bagel with Cream Cheese was a classic choice, with a soft and chewy bagel and a generous spread of cream cheese. The Chilli Cheese Toast was a standout dish, with a perfectly crispy toast topped with a layer of melted cheese and a spicy chili topping. The balance of flavors and textures was spot on, making it the perfect savory snack.
For dessert, we indulged in the Maple and Salted Caramel Donut and New York Classic Cheesecake. The Maple and Salted Caramel Donut had a soft and fluffy texture, with a sweet maple glaze and a hint of salted caramel. The New York Classic Cheesecake was creamy and decadent, with a buttery graham cracker crust and a smooth and velvety cheesecake filling.
I had previously visited Tim Hortons in Abu Dhabi and had been hoping for them to open a location in Mumbai. It was great to finally have a Tim Hortons in Mumbai and be able to enjoy their delicious food and drinks again. The Frozen French Vanilla at Tim Hortons in Andheri was just as good as I remembered it from my time in Abu Dhabi.
Overall, the experience at Tim Hortons in Andheri was not only enjoyable but also nostalgic, as it brought back fond memories of my Tim Hortons days in Abu Dhabi.
Tim Hortons in Andheri was indeed enjoyable and satisfying despite the queue to get in. The staff were polite and considerate, and the food and drinks were delicious.

Liked French Vanilla beverage and Lattes were refreshing and delicious. Timbits (bite-sized fried dough balls) received positive mentions, with flavors like blueberry and chocolate being particularly loved. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided great service in multiple reviews. The ambience of the cafe can be praised for its aesthetics and Instagrammable decor. I enjoyed the food options such as bagels, sandwiches, and donuts.

The staff was genuinely courteous and attentive, which made a big difference they were quick with service, helped with suggestions, and maintained a friendly tone throughout.
We tried their classic cold coffee, and it didn’t disappoint. It was incredibly smooth with a great balance strong enough to satisfy a coffee craving, but not too bitter or overly sweet. The texture was creamy and refreshing, making it the ideal choice for a warm afternoon. It felt like a lot of thought went into getting the blend just right.
Next, we ordered the Chicken Keema & Cheese Sandwich, and that turned out to be a real highlight. The sandwich was generously filled, and the keema was spiced just enough to be flavorful without being overpowering. The melted cheese worked perfectly with the keema, giving each bite a nice creamy richness. The bread was fresh and nicely toasted crispy on the outside, soft inside. Definitely something we’d recommend to anyone looking for a hearty, satisfying snack.
While the pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to your regular coffee chains, the quality of both food and service justifies it. There’s a premium feel to the whole experience, and for a brand just entering the Indian market, they’re off to a great start.
Would definitely go back to try more from their menu. If you’re in the Oshiwara area and looking for a good coffee and snack combo, Tim Hortons is worth...
