I had ordered two cakes for my the birthday. One was a photo cake and one was a cheesecake I had booked and then I had to keep on calling to get my order and the second cake. I couldn’t call you because a few changes in my birthday day which I thought of calling later on, and the person said I will call you and send you by 6 pm There was no call no cake. Nothing at all. I called them back and asked after speaking to the main branch in Kandi Ali . He said no problem. I will send he didn’t bother to send either After talking and getting all details for 10 minutesI I had complained about the lokhandwala outlet The cake was just not sent and the staff being very rude No contacts nothing of the customersno details he said if you don’t give us the bill number, we will not be able to send you any cake cause we have no numbers nor any any Details of any order wow 👏👏 After I gave him the number this person said I threw the cake I said what does that mean? How can you throw it what I have ordered You need to at least call me onceand its cake cake shop I have not given a gold to sell. It’s a cake shop you will be selling the cake. Why would you throw it? He said no it’s not possible n banged fown the phone. This is the outlet. Very rude staff. No details of any customer if I if you have lost bill Forget they will ever give you the cake worse, and the staff has no manners at all. They have already lost their name. I just Went cause of Photo Cake and happened to order the other one otherwise now this is the last choice people want to go to. It’s no more what it Very bad experience, cheating customers of their money is all they do no contact nothing you order and you only keep on calling them for sending it to They forgetting there are many more cake shops bang opposite them And much much better quality and taste Time for you to shut...

Very bad experience yesterday with Hangout. We thought it was a trusted brand and ordered a 3 tier wedding cake from them. We were promised delivery in a factory cake van from their Kandivali factory to the venue. The cake was sent by Ola Cab and the delivery boy actually crossed a busy road with this huge cake to impatiently deliver it as he apparently had many other deliveries to finish!!!. The result was that cake was damaged,the cake cutting ceremony had to be postponed at the reception till the hotel kitchen could do some repairs. The entire ceremony went out of gear & the bridal couple were really disappointed. So much planning had been done and was wasted because of this unprofessional attitude . Today when I call them up there are evasive replies that owner is in London, no one to even talk to. Please don't trust them. They are absolutely insensitive to the client and don't deserve any customers.

The outlet has my details as a,receipt iwas made for full payment before delivery. I have called them 4 times and also called Mr Ubaid so the owner of Hangout is not interested in contacting the customer who has been shortchanged. It has been 4 days now I haven't received a single call. Please don't trust them ,they don't even have the decency to call up and hear out the customer. A...

I had order cake for my daughter birthday, & my mom also told to order cake for my daughter & next day My school primary section principal birthday was there she was in Mumbai so order for her also. Thank to staff as per my requirement & instructions got cake for 1st time order mango cake it was yummy taste is excellent, black Forest also taste was yummy. My principal was surprised she reached from Goa at 11 oclock night after 5 minutes the cake was delivered she told I didn't order then they said it's from me it was her 60 th birthday was very happy she also told it's was yummy next again tasted black Forest cake. Cake was soft. Kids too loved mango cake u should consume it same day. It was very yummy😋.
