Hurrycane — Restaurant in Mumbai

This place is inside the Society Stores compound. Pros: Machine made, no added sugar, no hand's involved, served in a disposable cup, no water added. The guy at the stall isn't friendly but not even rude. He is fine. Con's: I don't know how hygienic it is but since they don't use their hands or mix water to the juice, it appears to be hygienic in comparison to the roadside ganna-walas. I don't know if they clean their machines. I had asked them once and they said yes but I don't know if that is true. Price wise it is a bit pricey (Rs.50 for small cup and Rs.70 for large cup) but if you think that it is hygienic then it is worth the price. According to Google, surgarcane can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. I don't know for how long they store but since the place gets very crowded in the evening and looking at this high turnaround I think their sugarcane is fresh. I was in the mood for sugarcane juice when I was shopping at Andheri Infiniti mall, so I was thankful that I found Hurrycane in the food court that offers fresh and hygienic sugarcane juice.

I immediately asked for one of their large sugarcane juice bottles and the juice was provided within just a couple of minutes. It was served chilled even though there was no ice in it. I also loved the bottle it came in which was in the form of a sugarcane stick.

Since I was a bit hungry, I decided to order something's to eat as well. So I tried their spiral potato side dish which was pretty good. It was a whole potato that was curved into a spiral and served with a sweet and spicy chaat. It was also topped with special burger mayo and chiptole sauce.

I also ordered their chilli garlic potato pops, which was bits of potato that had chilli and garlic in them, it was also served in a special spicy sauce. I enjoyed both the drink...

That better way to quench ones thirsty soul in this hot summer day, HURRYCANE JUICE is your answer.

It doesnt get as fresh as this, the sugarcane are kept in a refrigerated state that still preserves the sweetness & keeps it cool.

Freshly served chill with an option of having your sugarcane juice mixed with masala or lemon, i always prefered mine in lemon.

The staff are extremely friendly and polite.

Dnt worry bout the hygiene, the staff have their caps & gloves on.
