Haldiram's - Pandara Road — Restaurant in New Delhi

I visited this place on 22 july with my friends and family to eat dinner .we are around 12 people they have arrangement for big group also. We ordered 3 pav bhaji ,6 chole bhature,1 dosa ,cold drink and 2 raj kachori . They gave pav bhaji in just 5 minutes it tastes so good ,then after 10 minutes they served raj kachori ,chole bhature took around 15 minutes for seven people ,chole tastes different ( fair taste ) ,we have eaten from so many outlets here it doesn't taste good.pav bhaji is delicious,dosa taste so good they even gave extra sambhar and chutney,raj kachori is so delicious it makes us drool,only chole bhature didn't go as good as other items. On sixth order they gave a plate of bhature with too much oil in it. So we have to exchange it with another playe of chole bhature they exchanged it politely with any inconvenience . You can also shop here other kitchen king masala here and pastry items for breakfast.

The ambience is so clean and tidy everything is so shiny, perfectly managed by staff even a single dust was not there crowd is good . Staff members are so polite and well mannered.

Here you will not find any parking spot you have to park in the flats area which is 1 minute ahead of this haldiram ,then you have to comeback after parking. Overall experience is good ,you can visit this this place for eating ,i do not recommend chole bhature of this place . Other...

I recently visited Haldiram's for breakfast, and unfortunately, the experience was not up to par with my expectations. As usual, the restaurant itself was nothing out of the ordinary for Haldiram's - the decor and atmosphere were standard, and the food was average.

However, the service was incredibly poor. We arrived at 9:30 am, and it took the staff over 30 minutes to serve our food. To make matters worse, there was no chef available at the time of taking orders, which was visible from outside the restaurant. Despite this, they continued to take orders, which caused a never-ending delay in the preparation and serving of the food.

Although the food itself was average, it is important to note that Haldiram's is known for providing affordable options. Additionally, the location of this particular restaurant is great - situated inside the Bikaner House near India Gate.

Overall, while the food at Haldiram's is usually nothing extraordinary, the poor service we received during our visit left a sour taste in my mouth. Two stars for this outlet just because of the fact that Haldiram's has been able to maintain their taste throughout their outlets. Otherwise else there are few flaws specially in this outlet.

With higher prices, the company should think about giving more refined and up to the mark service to their customers, which is ofcourse missing at this outlet. They want money for everything even for a scoop of some Sweet Dahi.

Staff is rude and doesn't support your queries. They have not been able to answer even a simple question i.e. when was the store launched.

Avoid going here and maybe you can find a Haldiram's at a better location nearby than this one.

PS1: beware of the flies and flying ants who can fall in your food. If they can fall inside your food then there are high chances of the same getting cooked with the food as the kitchen windows open up in the restaurant only.
