Needs maintenance. AC filters should be cleaned more regularly please,fell sick after using the AC and I am used to them ,hinges need to be oiled,switches fixed.WD-40 required as well. Called thrice on their queries no. for checking the availability, Whoever on the desk was very rude and unprofessional. He was in such a rush for disconnecting the call and he did disconnected the call twice without answering my questions And even said "why are you calling again and again" This kind of assistance from a so called "3 star" hostel ???? No proper ventilation, AC were not cooling enough. It was so hot in the dinning area felt like eating in the kitchen itself. Dinning area was not clean. space around the buffet was kind of stinky and unhygienic, not expected from a 3 star hostel. Plus the staff behaviour is very unprofessional. Worst maintained dinning area, gloomy and sad old ambience. Weird seepage smell was there. Not worth it...
