I have been a fan of Cinnabon for quite some time, enjoying their delectable treats and the wide range of food options they offer. However, my recent experience at the Cinnabon located at the VFS office in Delhi was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
Upon arriving at the outlet, I was immediately struck by the lack of seating capacity. Despite the obvious limitation, the staff continued to take orders without informing customers about the seating constraints. This resulted in a chaotic environment where customers were left scrambling for a place to sit and enjoy their meals.
After placing my order, I patiently waited for a seat to become available. Unfortunately, I had to endure a 15-minute wait without any sign of a vacant spot. It became increasingly clear that the cashier was aware of the situation but seemed unwilling to address the problem promptly. I approached the cashier to discuss the matter and requested that my order be canceled and refunded due to the unavailability of seating. To my dismay, the cashier flatly refused, disregarding my valid concern.
What made this situation even more frustrating was that I hadn't ordered something that could be consumed on the go, like a coffee. I had ordered two sandwiches, one coffee, and one large Cinnabon, all of which require a table and seating to properly enjoy.
The overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally. While I have always enjoyed the delicious offerings from Cinnabon, this particular outlet failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. The lack of seating capacity and the unwillingness of the cashier to accommodate customers' concerns reflected poorly on the management and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I sincerely hope that the management of the Cinnabon outlet at the VFS office in Delhi takes immediate steps to rectify these issues. It is crucial to ensure that customers are informed about the limited seating availability before placing their orders, and necessary measures should be taken to address the concerns of customers who find themselves without a place to sit. Until these problems are resolved, I cannot recommend visiting this particular Cinnabon outlet, despite my overall positive experiences...
Read moreI ordered a mini cinnabon today - 11.09.2025 at about 10.30 am at Cinnabon Shivaji Stadium metro station. I was in rush for my visa appointment so didn't think/ judge too much. First - the lady at the counter was extremely rude. It was like she was giving away alms, not paid food. I don't wish to detail. My mini cinnabon looked like a 3 day old one-fourth piece (cuts visible) of a bigger cinnabon. I was in such rush n so hungry that I gobbled it. My day was heavy. I didn't eat much later. At least not cold. I have ended up with an acute stomach infection which I have no doubt came from the stale piece of a big cinnabon being sold by Cinnabon under the title 'mini cinnabon.' I am down...
Read moreI visited Cinnabon at Shivaji Stadium Metro Station. The service is very slow here. You have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes for your order. The servers are confused as to who ordered what. The tables always have dirty plates as the staff is not interested in clearing them. I had to clear a table myself after my request fell on deaf ears. The table was wobbly. The cappuccino was okay but Cinnabon cinnamon roll is an overhyped dessert. Trust me you are not missing anything if you have not had it. I found it very average in taste. Not going to go back here again. Not...
