Zaffran is a  small restaurant situated in the heart of Delhi, yet it is one of it's kind.

The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters. We had ordered Raan-e-Kasbah and Murg malai tikka. They were exquisite. For the main course, since we were almost full, we only ordered hyderabadi biryani, which really thrilled us.

The service accompanies the high quality of the cooking. The waiters are always around willing to exchange some kind words and provide the best service and suggestions.

Despite the high price of the food, I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours. A very special and massive thanks to goes out to the manager and head chef at Zaffran. All the staff members were accommodating, friendly and professional.

Overall the food was warm, fresh and cooked to perfection. The presentation was elegant.- 10/10 Ambiance-10/10 Staff and services-10/10

To say that both the meal and it's maker have challenged my preconceptions of fine cooking, will be a gross understatement-They have rocked me to my core. For this reason I highly recommend going to Zaffran.
