Food was spicy. You should be very careful while ordering your choice. If the waiter says the dish is medium spicy, it means the dish is very spicy. We had ordered a manchow soup it was very good to taste for its menu price. Then had chicken garlic in starter, it was spicy but up to acceptable limit. Then we ordered chicken lazeez with wheat tandoori roti. Here the spice index boosted altogether. Intolerably spicy. We complained to the waiter who took our order and his reply was, 'I had told you it would be medium spicy'. 🥵 Totally burnt out the taste buds and felt the hotness to the inner most level of my intestines. So intense that we had to request for complementary sweetners. Then finally we had chicken fried rice, fearing that ordering Schezwan fried rice would add cherry to the icing (I mean hotting). Read moreI have been an old and loyal customer of Hotel Silver Spoon, but after my recent experience, I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before visiting again. Despite giving them business for years and running up a bill of more than ₹7500 in a single visit, they did not bother to offer even the slightest discount or courtesy gesture.
The staff’s behaviour was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When politely asked about a small concession, they not only refused but did so in a disrespectful tone, showing no sense of customer service or gratitude towards regular patrons. There was absolutely no courtesy, no smile, no effort to make the experience pleasant—just arrogance.
For such a reputed restaurant, one would at least expect decent treatment for loyal customers. Unfortunately, Hotel Silver Spoon has failed miserably in that regard. Overcharging without respect is not how you...
Read moreMy visit to the Silver Spoon Hotel last night was a delightful experience. Dining with friends, we indulged in a feast of flavors. The chicken tandoori was a standout, perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection in the tandoor, resulting in tender and flavorful bites. The chicken crispy was a delightful crunchy delight, and the fried rice added a comforting balance to our meal. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a memorable night out. I highly recommend trying the dishes at the Silver Spoon Hotel for a taste of authentic and scrumptious Indian cuisine. It was a night filled with great food, great friends, and...
