Subway Matunga East — Restaurant in Mumbai

A gr8 place to have it I ever vist once or twice in a week best service asa I dream ever for my sub just amazing place staffs r gr8 with customer also in fact I just suggest my friends n office staff to just vist subway in fact they come with me n ever v had a gr8 time But guys I just used say n this my msg is to handles the matuga store for owner n manger of the subway last ni8 I was very disappointed with your subway place the worst thing happened in my life ever I specially come from bandra to visit your matuga store just it was amazing I used to fell but I don't ever suggest anymore to anyone to vist there it was very disappointed moment n assamed fell ever hopeless vist last mid ni8 I was there with my bf I just forced him to come with me but there were some people of swiggy they just behave very badly hopeless thing it was I request u plz take of it today u have lost one customer but the same thing is there I don't think anymore people vist there I hope after seeing this msg u take some action of it n u save your repution n now I don't suggest anymore to anyone to go to matuga subway it's the best...

The Person assisting me today was Ms.Alia on 9 Jan,2024 at 0250 pm , After placing the order and doing the payment I was expecting that she will start with preparing my sandwich but she was busy chit chatting with her colleague and listening to her colleagues conversation on call ( where another customer was placing his order ) after I requested her since I was in hurry she started preparing the sandwich , thereafter again she during the process she seemed lost as she was focused on her colleague activities , I had to again request her to pls concentrate on the job she is currently doing as it's a fast food joint not a formal dining place . This is very unprofessional behaviour and a very casual attitude of the staff here. I have been a regular at various subway stores across Mumbai and this is the first time I have experience something like this in 15 years . What I liked 👍🏻 Location 👍🏻 Healthier choices in fast food

What I disliked 🚫 I ordered a Honey and Oat bread Tuna sandwich and my husband ordered a wheat bread Chicken sandwich, the saleswoman ended up giving us wheat sandwich for both orders! 🚫 When we asked for Coke without ice, they offered us pet bottles which later we realised were overly priced at Rs.60 for 500ml. They probably wanted to complete their stock as the expiry was in March 2021🤡. A regular 600ml pet bottle is Rs. 35 in stores. 🚫 The AC in the 1st floor was too high.

Verdict: Love Subway so will recommend ! Not this...
