Was in White Town a couple of days ago when I noticed Bodega and made a mental note thanks to the bright exteriors and very aesthetic interiors. And yesterday me and my father celebrated his 70th birthday here with a wonderful lunch. When we arrived there were no other diners and we had the whole place to ourselves for a dad & daughter lunch. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious; the beer was chilled & the crusted calamari was fabulous. Our main course of grilled prawns and pork ribs were equally delectable. An interesting new addition to Pondy's food scene , Bodega has a warm and inviting space downstairs and vibrant eclectic interiors upstairs.

✅What we loved : The ambience, the decor and the well-trained , courteous staff. Very generous portions in starters and main course.

📍What needs improvement : Uncomfortable seating as the heavily stuffed cushions don't let your feet touch the ground.

Drinks menu : Mocktails are disappointing as they're too sugary with artificially flavoured syrup.
