During our recent stroll down Pondicherry’s charming French Street, we stumbled upon a cozy little coffee bar that was buzzing with energy. Naturally, we had to see what all the fuss was about, so we decided to join the crowd and give it a shot.

I've been a loyal customer of KBS for a while, and their coffee has always been a favorite. However, my recent visit fell short of past experiences. Issues like inattentive staff, cleanliness concerns, and a decline in coffee quality suggest KBS might be facing some challenges as they expand.

Focusing on employee training programs for service and hygiene could significantly improve the customer experience. Additionally, revisiting their quality control measures for coffee preparation would ensure they maintain the high standards they're known for.

I believe in KBS's potential, and I'm confident that by addressing these areas, they can regain their footing and continue to be a beloved coffee destination in Puducherry. Only had their top on charts ‘Kofi’, loved it immensely. They do have a different blend. I had come for a Holiday in Pondy & each time I passed by I would see the local youth especially queuing in front of this place. And now I see why. Also the vibe of this tiny shop was whole hearted the cashier to the 2 guys serving to the lady helper were totally chill & they seemed to be enjoying the job.
