The presentation is always top-notch, and the flavours are rich and satisfying. Whether you’re a chocolate lover or just someone looking for a calm, cosy place to sit and enjoy something special, Zuka has you covered.

Absolutely Stunned by the way they treated the paying customers. We were all exhausted from the heat and thought for having gelato.

Firstly, they don’t let you taste any of the “unique flavors” average ice creams with fancy names. Secondly, they tell they’re serving gelato but what’s being served is not gelato it’s normal ice cream Lastly, the service….. we ordered had our ice creams and just because we were talking and sitting for another 10 minutes the waiters started giving us bad looks, then turned off the fan and after 5 mins when asked they told it’s for cleaning and asked if we can go out. Mind you they are asking customers to leave for “cleaning” after turning off the fan to make us uncomfortable. Never faced this kind of...

Zuka is an absolute must-visit for chocolate lovers in Pondicherry! Their gelatos are divine — smooth, creamy, and melt in your mouth. The cakes are simply out of this world. Our family favourites are the unique chocolate pakoda, heaven on earth chocolate cake and the fun chocolate lollipops.

Their chocolate gift boxes make for excellent return gifts to take back home. Just note that the beachside branch doesn’t have the full range, especially the gift boxes — you’ll find those at the main branch. The main outlet is tucked away in a residential area with no dedicated parking, which can be a bit tricky. Also, it is definitely on the pricey side, but the quality makes it worth indulging...
