Ambika Sandwich ,sadashiv peth — Restaurant in Pune

This was the fourth time I visited this place and probably the last time now. First of all they are horrible at taking orders. They keep you waiting for 45 minutes to an hour atleast. After that they will take your order if they have the materials left. At least don't make people wait for so long! On top of that their attitude is horrible. The owner expects you to wait in front of his stall for 1 hour till you get your chance to order and then after that you have to wait in front till he prepares it. I saw a person asking to go and complete his work in 20 minutes and the owner said no. They literally had a horrible argument which I witnessed. Coming to the sandwich quality now. The taste was good but the worst part was inside the peshwai sandwich we got 2 stones while eating. Hygiene is also not maintained properly. Overall the hype has gone to their heads. You'll get just as good sandwiches at other places in the city. I think the owner just wants to create more buzz for his stall so he does such things. One even worse thing is that we actually saw people giving orders from outside and not even waiting there and these were probably people the owner knew. We felt stupid standing there in line waiting when others got served before us just because they know the owner. At this point I don't think any sandwich here is worth the horrible experience. If you have no better things to do in life and are ok with being given attitude just for getting one mediocre sandwich then you can visit this place 🙃...
