Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with Domino’s This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with Domino’s.
My fiancée and I placed an order, but it was delayed way beyond the estimated time. We tried calling the store multiple times, but the line was either busy or disconnected. We couldn't even cancel the order.
After a long wait, we finally received a call from a Domino’s employee named Abhishek. (I don't this is his real name aur not but I have saved his number in my phone when he called my fiancee) When my fiancée spoke to him, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally said:
"Our company and IT team are lazy, and it will always be like this."(“Hamari company aur IT team lazy hi hai, aur aisi hi rahegi.” 😡)
He argued instead of helping, which was shocking. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
When the order finally arrived:
The pizza was burnt and tasted awful.
They gave peri peri dip instead of cheese dip.
And worst of all, my fiancée had food poisoning and ended up vomiting after eating it.
This wasn’t just poor service – it became a health issue.
We have a recording of the call as proof of the employee's behavior. I strongly request that Domino’s take immediate action against Abhishek and review the quality standards at this outlet.
This experience has left us completely disgusted and disappointed. Never expected this from a brand like...
Read moreThere is no “No Parking” board placed in front of this shop, yet RTO officials frequently tow vehicles parked here and impose fines on vehicle owners. This is extremely unfair because there is no clear indication that parking is prohibited in this area.
When the RTO police arrived, the shop employees and even the owner didn’t inform or alert us. They simply ignored the situation and watched while our vehicles were being fined and taken away. This kind of attitude towards customers and the public is highly disappointing and unhelpful.
It seems like there is a serious lack of coordination between the shop management and the RTO department, which causes unnecessary trouble for common citizens. Many people unknowingly park here and end up paying heavy fines for no fault of their own.
I strongly request the concerned authorities to install proper “No Parking” signs or clearly mark the restricted area, so people are aware. Until that is done, the RTO should not penalize the public for something that is not properly indicated.
This issue has been happening repeatedly, and it feels like negligence and poor management by both the shop and the authorities. Immediate action should be taken to ensure fairness and to prevent further inconvenience to the public.
i have a lot of followers on instagram and I'm going to make a video on this topic soon just for awareness, see you in the Video Karve...
Read moreWe ordered from Domino’s Kothrud outlet yesterday — a fairly large order consisting of 9 Margherita Pizzas, 3 Burger Pizzas, and 3 Garlic Breads. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing, especially with the Margherita Pizzas.
The Margherita pizzas completely failed to meet expectations. The crust felt dry and chewy, the cheese didn’t taste fresh, and there was barely any tomato flavor. It looked and tasted quite plain — nothing like the usual Domino’s quality we’ve experienced before. It honestly felt like the pizzas were made in a hurry without much care for taste or presentation.
The Burger Pizzas were okay — not great, but at least flavorful enough to enjoy. The Garlic Bread was the only part of the order that was up to the mark — soft, warm, and tasty as expected.
Overall, for such a big order, we expected much better consistency and quality. Domino’s is known for maintaining its standards, but this time, the Margherita pizzas were a huge letdown. I hope the Kothrud branch takes this feedback seriously and ensures better preparation and quality control...
