Very bad experience first time, there was no option for scan and pay as i said many times but they said you have pay on what we provide as i was having offer for pizza but not able to use so i lost money for that. Since i gave the order till i had my food they were not able to provide me scan and pay option as the machine was not working and no other way to scan and pay. As i got the sms for bill pay there was no option for scanning. As i got to know that machine was not able to make bills because the mamager didn't disclose the bill for day before orders thats why it was able to give scanner for scan and pay. Same problem another customer also got. And as i asked for why it is not available i want my discount which i have the girl there said i dont know you just pay as only one minute we have to pay bill that also rude she was. Vary bad worst experience i had. I think now domino's dont want customers as they are well settled with what ever they are earning. Chees on pizaa was also very less. I think now people should logde a case against them to make them understand properly. They couldn't even provide me proper bill 😡. Better i will go through cunsumer court for this so that no other customers will face any...

Then I tried few alternatives, such as Papa Jones, Pizza Hut and Smokin Joe's..They all were quite good and hence I did not bother to check Domino's again. Unfortunately forcefully tried this outlet. And believe me, it was an absolutely pathetic experience. The food was over oily (Yes, I know, everybody would wonder How on earth a Pizza could be oily..but it was..). The outlet only had one customer other than us and still the attendant took our order after making us wait for a long time. Then we tried to find out a clean table to occupy. Not a single table was clean. Either the tables were still occupied with left overs or they were not properly cleaned. We somehow found a table which was less miserable. The order took very very long time. And the quality was not good at all. The quantity of chicken toppings was too less. Tomato ketchup bottles were not available and once they were made available, the external surface was unclean. The overall cleanliness was absolutely horrible..avoid...

I had a terrible experience with Domino’s recently. My order was delivered 45 minutes late, clearly breaching their 30-minute delivery guarantee — and yet, no refund has been issued even after 3 days.
I raised multiple complaints, but there has been zero action. What’s worse is that I provided a fully reachable phone number, but Domino’s keeps falsely claiming it’s not reachable — I haven’t even received a single missed call from them. It's obvious they are not even trying.
I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one picks up, and they never call back. The customer service is non-existent, and the entire issue has been completely ignored.
Domino’s talks big about customer satisfaction, but in reality, they are completely unreliable when it comes to handling complaints. Very disappointing for a brand of this scale. I will think twice before...
