Domino's Pizza | Sadashiv Peth, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

So i had ordered pizzas from this branch lately. First of all the order wasn’t delivered in 30 mins and when we tried to reach the branch their landline wasn’t reachable. Then when we were to track the order it suddenly showed ‘delivered’ when it wasn’t. We had already made the payment through PayTm. Then we called the dominos customer care and there we got to know that there wasn’t any order placed only, still the dominos app showed ‘delivered’ and also accepted our payment. Then the customer care guy, Fazil asked us to cancel the order. When we got very angry that why the hell should we cancel our order then he placed a complaint on our behalf. Then after an hour, the delivery guy, Rohan came and said that it was his first day and blah blah. As we opened the pizzas, they were super cold and were not even in a condition to eat. The fries for which we paid ₹60 were not even worth of ₹10. They were super soggy and they were like 10-12 fries. The garlic break was also cold. When we complained about it to the delivery guy he asked us to cancel the order. We canceled the order and asked for refund and they were like you’ll get it in 2-3 days. This branch is spoiling dominos name guys. I am telling you if you don’t want to waste your money, avoid ordering from here. THIS IS THE MOST HOPELESS BRANCH OF DOMINOS. NEVER...

Very bad quality of pizza and service. Where is red paprika. Pizza name is capsicum + red paprika. Cheese is always very very less / nominal even on expensive pizzas. & They're hesitant to give extraa oregano when we ask for extraa packets during take aways. They always have problem with their order machine & then they request customers to order pizza via dominos app via take away option. Even this place is not clean. One day when I was eating my pizza in their restaurant the oregano inside bottle was wet/solidified they made me wait till they fill up new oregano in that bottle., Hello u can easily provide me the oregano packets; u can fill your outdated oregano bottles later. One day that middle aged lady added extraa ketchup charge of 4 rupees on my bill without giving me ketchup packets I never ever asked her to give me ketchup packets. What kind of professionalism is this? U cannot adjust when customers don't have 1 rupee but u add 4 rupees extraa easily on our bills? I request this dominos branch to improve their behavior asap. And learn to clean the tables properly I don't want to eat/inhale/touch the dust. And improve your entrance infrastructure too that sudden blow of air...

Only bread nothing else. Why do these people spread so less cheese as if paying from their pockets? Domino's at other areas make pizzas fairly cheesy.

Update - I am so glad Dominos does take efforts on reading reviews and acting on it. Immediately got a call from the branch manager Karan. And yes they did improve!!! My today's order was as expected cheezy and warm goodness. Thank you Dominos :)

This is the second time, I am writing negative review for this outlet of Dominos. In spite that they got back to me and made my experience better last time, it seems they loose the ball every now and then. I am not a regular customer of theirs and hence, it's very disappointing to have bad experience for every other order. I had ordered garlic bread sticks and Peperroni stuffed garlic bread from them yesterday night. Now coming to taste, I feel garlic bread sticks is all about GARLIC BUTTER. But where's the butter? It was all about bread for me. Lack of Peperroni and cheese in stuffed garlic bread as well.
