Dear Dominos Team,

This is to inform you that i had an horrible experience regarding order which i had placed. 2 large pizza were ordered and the pizza were packed and given uss free handed with oregano and falkes sachets without any paper bag. Paper bag was given to us after pay. How could some one not provide a a carrybag after taking 2 large pizzas worth 1300rs and expect ua to take those packs free handed all the way to home. Do u really care about customers comfort. Just deliverying the tings without customer satifaction doesnot make any sense i beleive.

I found an HAIR blocked in pizza which was so Disgusting. Really a worst experience ever. This order doesnt deserve even 1 star. Deserves 5 star as a best UNHYGEINE place for ordering pizza.

A TOTAL WASTE OF 1300 BUCKS.

While ordering the pizza we were not explained which are the custom pizza available even after requesting. We were told to refer the digital menu and order. However, the digital menu was running so fast that we were not able to read menu completely.

Equivalently, focus should be on customers satifaction whether it is regarding delivering pizza systematically/professionally or satisfaction with respect to taste/quality.

Best Domino’s Outlet Experience So Far!

Had a sudden craving for cheese burst pizza, so we headed to the nearest Domino’s outlet—and I must say, it turned out to be the best Domino’s experience till date!

I ordered a cheese burst pizza, garlic bread, and a Coke. I politely requested the staff to ensure a good amount of cheese in the pizza, and the person taking my order smiled and immediately passed the message to the kitchen, saying, “Extra cheese for sir, he doesn’t want a dry pizza!” 😄 That small gesture really made my day.

The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and sincere throughout the visit. Hygiene and cleanliness were clearly well-maintained at the outlet, which is always a big plus.

Service was quick – I got my complete order within just 10–15 minutes. And the taste? Absolutely amazing. Every bite of the pizza was loaded with cheese, just how I wanted it. The pizza was soft, fresh, and definitely not dry. The garlic bread was also perfectly baked and tasted awesome.

Went there to grab a takeaway order. Place is very well located and had absolutely no problem finding it out. However I soon realised that this place is actually the kitchen, only meant for takeaway or deliveries. Staff were least interested in attending or guiding us, besides it had no place to sit. They had NO PRINTED MENU. We had to choose from the screen which kept on switching between different options which made ordering very tedious. Cherry on the cake was that there was no discount or incentives for actually taking a takeaway order. We couldn't even apply few coupons which I recieved as a text message. Strange. So all I will say is that this place is good for delivery by Domino's workforce , but not for takeaway by common people...
