Hotel Kirti ( Pavbhaji & Juice) — Restaurant in Pune

The staff serving the food wipes the dirty tables and doesn’t even wash his hands and the hands with all the dirt is used to serve the food ordered by me and others who don’t even know the hygiene of food is completely compromised.

When I raised the complaint about maintaining basic hygiene the lady owner tells me have you gone and checked the hygiene of 5 star hotel and I was shell shocked at her reply.

The bald fellow over there gets angry on me on raising the complaint of hygiene and tells me I have not invited you to my hotel you have come here and if you want you can leave from here.

We pay to such hotels for what we eat and to which we get such responses strange as they are so arrogant that they can’t even give a basic hygiene.

Feel sorry for such owners of Kirti hotel.bad owners bad staff and hygiene...

Went with family , was served juice in shattered glass , on highlighting to staff that glass is broken, they took back the glass but brought full bill without replacing Juice , Terrible experience. if you see following response from owner , you will realise that they will not hesitate to blame anyone including child but will never accept their fault , thank God I paid full amount else they would have written anything, worst part was neither staff nor owner had any concern over entire scenario. Sometime a simple sorry goes a miles and get things easy a lot , but you can read the response and imagine courtesy and respect is the last thing you can expect...

I used to visit this place in my college times back then this place was really good compared to taste and quality. But this time I visited after so many years as was getting nostalgia about the place. But taste is completely changed now the quality of food is not that good compared to their previous taste. Also service has down they didn’t give us water basic they forgot to follow. For extra pav they gave me pav which was made from oil when I asked waiter about it he kept his mouth shut didn’t reacted and just went inside. Overall I was disappointed with food and service.
