Title: "Pathetic Dine-in Experience – Never Visiting This KF ‘Shit’ Again"

I had one of the most frustrating dine-in experiences at this KFC outlet — and I’m absolutely done with this place.

Date of visit: 02/05/2025 | Time: 08.30 pm (Please take note of the staff working during this shift — they need serious accountability.)

The self-ordering kiosk was out of order, so I had to place the order at the counter. Fine. But to my shock, they don’t even accept online payment at the counter. In 2025, this is ridiculous.

The Pepsi they served had a weird, off-putting taste. It didn’t even resemble the original. Not sure what went wrong, but it wasn’t safe or standard.

A 4-piece crispy chicken bucket was advertised visually, but when I asked for it at the counter, the staff said it's not available in their system. Instead, they suggested to manually punch in 4 separate pieces — likely charging more. Why advertise what you can't sell?

I ordered the 5-piece Smoky Grilled Chicken bucket, and it took 25-30 minutes to arrive. No update, no apology. Just radio silence.

Our table was filthy. The previous customer's waste was still lying there. We complained multiple times, but no one came to clean immediately.

The order-taking staff was reluctant, irresponsible, and flat-out inconsiderate. No urgency, no manners, no professionalism. They clearly didn’t care about customer service.

This wasn’t just a bad meal — it was an embarrassing experience.

I’m never again, NEVER EVER, stepping foot into...

Once this was an amazing place with a good ambience . The food service and quality was on point and the place was well maintained. But since the Jio takeover the place has become an abandoned building..... There was a McD besides KFC which was completely closed and has still not opened. There is some renovation going on in the restroom and it is unusable - no other alternative is provided . At night this place is not cleaned as there is no evening shift cleaning staff and leftovers are hanging on the table which attracts street dogs .The place is understaffed which often compromises the service . Every time I visited there were some quarrels regarding the delivery or quality of products.The staff seem frustrated and do not care much about this place , seems to pretty much adopt the attitude of KFC .Very poor experience overall. If you are into a street like experience and like to eat along with some dogs then this is the go to...

I went to the KFC on FC road and let me tell you before hand I'm not very familer with eating non-veg so it's quite obvious I guess that I thought it was all but just chicken in everything! We ordered the classic zinger, surprisingly they are bigger in size than any other burgers famous ones. But again I felt that the patty had too much meat and that it wasn't having any taste, especially with the boneless chicken bucket we ordered it felt like there was boiled chicken inside the fried whatever it was. The chicken inside didn't have any taste of it's own so over all I kind of was disappointed since we all have heard they are finger licking good but that wasn't the case for me.

Overall I'll say it's very costly and hyped up unnecessarily, we spent over a thousand for this which if you want you can get anywhere in a local restaurant and if you're lucky it'll taste...
