McDonald's — Restaurant in Pune

Been to this place for a event coverage.

The ambience is awesome and so is the way it is managed in regards to hygiene and cleaning. Good place to spend your time. You have a charging station for laptop, mobile phones and provisioning for USB based chargers. One can work while having his/ her lunch/ brunch/ dinner or light snack break.

Having said that, the way staff behaves is worst than a roadside joint. In fact the local wada pav waala knows how to talk to people the meet. Here the staff has tons of attitude and arrogance for all the wrong reasons. They are adamant and will not accept the feedback. The team right from top to down excluding a couple of counter staff, no one knows the basics of talking and how to manage visitors/ customers or anyone. Best part, when requested one of the staff to change cold drinks to coffee for a kid citing it would not be healthy, the staff responded back saying "EVEN BURGER IS UNHEALTHY".

Honestly I would never recommend this place to anyone, in fact with this experience I won't even recommend McDonald's anywhere to anyone. Some serious thinking needs to go down the management in the way they are hiring and training and promoting the staff.

Great experience....I specially like to mention Ms. Sneha , she is really helpful , attentive and sweet .. just the one thing I don't like is barcode scanner is not working...we have to manually type the code every time to redeem the offer which is time consuming and doesn't make any sense ... I think the system is not working since past 3 months ... Upper management should really need to work on that thing ... I think staff behind the counter should be more helpful .. I only asked for extra napkins but the lady at the last counter rudely told me to get the same from the first counter... It was just a tissue and she was not busy at all , just standing there , the other guy was willing to give me the tissue but she signed him not to , which I found really rude... Like I was only asking for tissue which she could have easily give me... Well other than that the food quality is upto the mark, hygiene and ambience is...

Was so happy when I went on the first day of the store... It was a good service catered.. it's been only 3 weeks and a change of behaviour can be observed.. The service is very slow, average wait time is atleast 25 minutes, the PoS for card payment does not work and only 1 counter is available for payment and that too is the last counter inside by the cafe where the same person managing the cafe is accepting payments as well. They do have another counter by the stairs where they accept payments selectively only.. Why this irrational treatment to customers?? The manager is simply busy attending phone calls and not available to take a complain. When asked another store person they informed that we have other orders as well to which I asked that I can only see a handful of people and he wasn't able to give an answer. Wouldn't recommend the service of...
